it is wonderful hotel beside the lake and very close to many shops, resturants, cafeetc. the receptionists are very cooperative.

Misleading description as it clearly says its French cuisine. Expensive hotel without a restaurant but yes, room service is French fries and burgers. Location is excellent. Room is lovely and service staff lovely too, but reception staff are too officious. I will return to Geneva but not this hotel.

Great location, easy access to shopping areas and train station. We were upgraded to a room with a river view by the friendly receptionist on arrival, which was spacious and comfortable. However the electrical system in the room was idiosyncratic to say the least, and breakfast was disappointing and a bit overpriced. I'd go back, but probably go out for breakfast (there's a Starbucks across the road, if you're a fan of their coffee.)

Quite a nice hotel for Geneva (hotels are generally really old and below-standard there). The smell of sewerage was a bit irritating though.
