  Rooms are small for the price but great location 8 minute walk from Geneva train station. Also a block away from the Four Seasons Hotel. You're paying for location. Got connecting rooms on higher as requested. No view except tiny restaurant courtyard. Housekeeping not great --- eg. didn't clean our toilets for 2 days! Also, they took our red wine even if it still had at least 1.5 glasses left in it! They moved our things/ bags --- definitely a no-no. When we complained, management came to supervise housekeeping on the 3rd morning but our trust was gone. At least they credited our account by 60 CHF cost of rollaway cot for 2 nights. We did our own Concierge planning. Took free walking tour instead of hotel recommended one. Free tour was excellent! Found our own restaurants via Google or Trip Advisor reviews. Globus Dept. store has a 'marche' type eatery only 2 blocks away crossing pedestrian bridge. In hindsight, would've preferred an AirBnb on lake outside Geneva & take train into Geneva when needed (1-2 days max. is all you need to spend in Geneva).

  Very nice hotel in the center of Geneva. Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Extremely well decorated public areas, very friendly and helpful staff. Quite a gem!

  Very friendly staff room is a bit small for a family. Suite is fine. Very close to attractions. They give a great discount to cornovian parking ask for it. They give you also the transportation card for geneva

  Very cozy place, great service, food is excellent and good value for money (for Geneva). I recommend to book a table on the nice and quiet terrace.

  It's a luxury hotel with great feel. The only downside is fitness centre and breakfast are somewhat limited.

  Hotel was beautiful. Renovated in 2015, the lobby was gorgeous, and I was blown away by the room given the price. They gave us free public transit passes when we checked in for our entire stay, which was hugely helpful.
  
  Very short walk from the train station, and close to all sorts of restaurants and sights. Would stay again 10/10 times.
