If this place had a gym, I would have given it 5 stars. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff.

I travel on business about once or twice a year and this has been over of my nicest experiences with a hotel. It's a very pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast, I didn't make use of the bar or dinner (which is closed on Sundays like the majority of Zurich) so I can't say how that experience is. My room was perfectly kept by the staff as is expected in a 4-star hotel. The receptionists and restaurant staff are fluent in English which is a bit rare in Switzerland, so I really appreciate that. Being near to multiple museums (including the FIFA football museum next door) and next to a major rail station (Bahnhof Enge) with a trolley going along the world-class designer shopping experience that is Bahnhofstrasse makes it a nice starting point for adventures.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice. Clean room and everything you'd need. Rooms could be a bit bigger but it's not a huge complaint

Nicely located near the train station. Rooms are comfy and service was pretty good. There is no in house gym though.

Where do I begin. Within 15 minutes of checking in to the hotel, one of their male workers opened the door to our room (without knocking or announcing himself) when my wife was alone in the room. You can imagine how scared and shocked she must have felt at this inappropriate and compromising intrusion. To make matters worse when I confronted the hotel manager about this they gave me half an apology (claimed it was to check the minibar, even though we had just checked in) and didn't do anything to ensure me or my wife would be safe.
The hotel also had serious issues such as holes in the shower marble patched up with just calking, a non functioning hair dryer, and a breakfast that was not at the proper temperature. Maybe that's what FIFA was going for.

Very nice hotel. Has reasonably sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Has a friendly restaurant.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around
Rooms are modern and clean, with very hospitable staff. It's also in a Clconvenient location right next to Enge station, easily accessible from the Airport.response / report this review -

Great and convenient location, very friendly staff. Loved the breakfast as well. Room is small but adequate and suits my needs perfectly. My second time staying here and will be happy to return again if work brings me to ZRH.

Generally good. A few minor things - hot food offering for breakfast was lacking, no hot poridge in particular. Only one, huge, pillow -may not be comfortable for everyone.
