We were a large group traveling from US for our daughter's wedding. Needless to say I had a lot of questions while we were booking the hotel. The Staff especially Jasmin was very patient and helpfull. They made the entire experience pleasent for everyone. They replies very quickly to all of my questions. I look forward to going back. Thank you again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Congress Seepark. The hotel is comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated. Delicious and healthy meal options at the breakfast buffet and two dinners in the Bistro. The staff were friendly and helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us. In this regard I especially want to mention Jasmin, and another young woman whose name I can't remember now but she has dark hair and eyes and comes from Wengen. They were delightful. We very much enjoyed the spa which was beautiful, immaculate and quiet. Most wonderful of all for us was the use of the electric bikes. We had so much fun we took them out two days in a row, and rode to Interlaken. This was a highlight of the entire two weeks we spent in Switzerland. Thank you, and we will be back!!

Great location, beautiful rooms and an amazing breakfast is included with lots of different dishes. It's kind of expensive though.

The perfect place for a nice, quiet weekend in the Swiss Alps, without the usual tourism rush. An efficient, nice, motivated and multilingual staff is always around. The congress facilities are great; the rooms are modern and well equipped. The top is definitely the restaurant. A good, well equipped "standard" buffet and, beside, a small gastronomical restaurant with very original creations. A place to come back often!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Thun. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Panorama card was a great asset. The food at the hotel was excellent.

This hotel in a beautiful location on the shore of the Thunersee with the mountain peaks rising above the lake. Everything was modern and well kept. Meeting rooms were perfect for our needs.

Modern hotel with nice wellness area (hot tub with whirlpool, 2 different saunas and a steam room) and gym. Located in a park by the lake with beautiful views of the alps in the distance. Excellent restaurant that's great for romantic dinners with a view.
