Beautiful mountain view from the room. Room is spacious and everything worked. Breakfast buffet selection is ok.

This place is absolutely beautiful!! The view of this hotel is amazing! But my good mood suddenly got bad due to the front desk when asking for Wi-Fi support. I cannot speak Germany and I could feel the difference. I waited 10mins for the front desk help a lady who speak Germany. Finally they've done the job and keep chatting, the lady already got the info she want and put in her bag. I just try to get a quick support for Wi-Fi instructions but been treated rudely. This is absolutely a five star hotel(4 star, actually) but the attitude makes me want to deduct two stars for opinion here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Fairly good value and the amenities are excellent. We paid a bit more for mountain views and were not disappointed! Breakfast spread is excellent. Easy access to the gondolas to Bort/First and also they give you a pass to use the local bus for free within town. It's a small town and easy to walk around in good weather, regardless. The concierge desk was extremely helpful with planning hikes and excursions into Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn etc.

For the price the service is very wesk. Especially some of their German employees were rude, arrogant and badly informed, so they tried to sell us overpriced tickets.
There is a swinging door that generates vibrations which are heard very well in the second floor. So there is a very annoying noise until late at night. I had to tell them 4 times in 3 days, once in the middle of the night, to do something about it. They could easily have removed or blocked the useless swinging door. Instead, they just told the employees to keep it open. Which they constantly forgot. How can they think that level of service is acceptable?response / report this review -

Expensive but the view was worth of it. Staffs were very kind and helpful, good breakfast, gym, sauna etc but you cannot expect extremly clean and spacious room or high quality bed.
