The room was full of light with a balcony and flowers which made us really enjoy it. Besides, the staff was really helpful and welcoming. She showed her great attitude toward us and made us feel like staying at home.
Hotel's location is closer to Interlaken West station than Interlaken Ost with only 5 minute walk. However, for those who are travelling to this hotel via Interlaken Ost, you can take bus 103 or 21 that come directly to the street where the hotel is located

Short review:

Friendly staff, simple but nice rooms, surprisingly nice shared bathrooms, and an amazing breakfast included with your rate makes the hotel Blume an excellent choice for your stay in Interlaken.

Long review:

The Hotel Blume was a pleasant surprise. I booked one night as an intermediate stop between two other longer stays on a trip to Switzerland. I ended up wishing I had more time at this pleasant hotel.

Claudia, the woman at the front desk, greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. She also provided us with a map of the area and made suggestions for some activities when our plan fell through due to weather.

The rooms were nicer than I expected. Typically hotels post amazing photos of the room, then when I see it in person, there is a let down. Not so here. The room surprised me with the neatness and niceness.

Breakfast was generous and varied. looking back on the breakfasts I had at Swiss hotels, this was among the best.

I would stay at Hotel Blume again and suggest you consider staying there too.

hotel is small and nice the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good because in Australia we do not have the same type of good bread. I stayed in one with a balcony which was good because every morning I would see if it snow but it did not snow :(
