Very bad place, very bad customer service!the price marketed is not the real price, when u go to pay , the price is different and double higher, but the manager doesn't do price correction. Because the store is closing down soon. Carefully when you go shopping there!

It says they open at 11am online and on their door sign and its 11:30 and the doors are locked and people are wanting to go in. I phone and they say they open at 12am ive been waiting half an hour for nothing. Completely unacceptable

The store is nice in the sense that there is always some sort of sale going on and that helps a lot. The only concern is the customer service, i feel like the staffs are ill trained and they practically have zero information regarding return/exchange policy. I wish that the store staffs are properly trained and that will make the shopping experience nice.

Terrible experience, staff was more concerned about talking with each other than opening a second till or helping anyone for that matter. Then after asking a staff memeber twice for help she told us we could exchange a shirt that was on sale if it didn't fit so we waited in line at the only till that was open for almost 15 minutes and the lady at the till said all sales are final, no exchanges. We asked for the manager and it turns out it was the lady we spoke with with and she quickly changed her mind about the exchange policy. Management needs to be trained better then pass the training down to the sales staff. Too bad because it's a great store.

I would never shop in this store ever again. The staff there tell lies.We went in the store to purchase a certain item of clothing. They did not have it in stock so they told us we can order it on line and if it did not fit or if we did not like it we can return it to there store. I asked if we would get our money back, the man at the till said that we could get our money back. I asked him 3 times and he stated that would be no problem to give us our money back. So we ordered it online from their store with there ipad. It was delivered to our house and we did not like the product so we came back to their store to return the product . The manager and the sales man said we could not get our money back but we could exchange it for something else. The salesman that told me I could get my money back said he never said that. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF THIS STORE, THAT THE STAFF ARE LIERS AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING FOR SALE BUT DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING FOR A CASH OR A RETURN ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. I WILL NEVER STEP IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND WARN EVERY CUSTOMER ABOUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
