Visit there regularly and enjoy the atmosphere and very knowledgeable, friendly staff, great place great people, highly suggest visiting for real fishing and outfitting advice.

My TH40 reel was screwed up so I went there so they could take a look at it. Employee told me it was fixed, found out when I tried to use it again that it was not. Brought it back, management gave me a brand new reel to replace the old one. No questions asked. Good management team. Also, I(like several others apparently) have also paid way too much for a container filled with rotting/dead worms, but I forgot to mention that to them when I went back about the reel.

Purchased some bait for a week long fishing trip. Paid $20 for a container of earthworms. Open it up to see them all dead and rotting. Worthless

Poor Customer Service! They wouldn't exchange (had the receipt) a brand new, never been used ice auger for a bigger size, I would pay the difference. They said it would mess up their inventory. I think the guy was just to lazy to do it.

The prices are better than many other dedicated outdoor shops. And the selection is great. I've yet to not find what I need when I come here!
