  I bought a ps4 slim not knowing what the difference was compared to a ps4 pro. I have now purchased a ps4 pro from hi-tech and the knowledgeable staff and service was excellent.

  The service here is terrible. I currently live in british columbia and have never been to the store. My blind autistic friend , who is also deaf.Told me all about the service and how he was treated poorly. This is 2017 why are people so judgemental!!!??

  I asked about a game for Xbox 360 and was told, "They only made it for Xbox One and PlayStation" only to go online that night and order the Xbox 360 version from Amazon. If you work in a shop that specializes in gaming, you really should know your stuff.

  I took offence to the fact the guy studied my ID as if it were a fake and he was not exactly friend either. I was trying to trade in my Call of Duty IW for Black Ops 1 but they didn't have it, I then asked for cash return since they advertise that. The guy said he won't do it because he gave out too much cash that day. That's a bad practice. I will be avoiding this location from now on because of the guy in glasses with the beard. I do like to shop locally, this place is now off my list.

  Love it there! Me and my family always go there and and the employees always start a conversation. When we got pokémon Y on midnight release, Bob was so nice to us!

  Love this place games are fair price unlike ebgames, employees love to start up convos witch makes it a much more enjoyable shopping experience.
