  after a bad time at anothe kennel we were hesitant to leave our dog again but we have had nothing but good times and posative things to say about the team here - they truly do care about each dog in their care - our little one now gets excited when he gets to go on "vaction"

  We travel often, and needed to find a second home for our boys while we are away. Rick and his team provide excellent care. It was impressive from the very first vist! Take a tour of the facility, this is a first class hotel for your pet.
  Our boys actually get excited to go here! The only time they ride in the truck is to head off for a dogcation at Riverside Resort when mom and dad take offand they run circles around the truck anxious to get there!

  I am so happy I came across this kennel service. I had been taking my dogs to a place before that had less than suitable care for animals, my dogs would come home sick every time as well as weird behaviour like they were scared of everything.
  
  I can't say enough good things about Riverside Resorts. I was so nervous about leaving my pets at a new place for the first time but they were so caring and would respond to my emails to let me know how they were doing, the way they responded to my emails I knew they take exceptional care of the animals as they had my dogs personalities and traits down to a T. They let me even tour the place and I was allowed to bring their own bed, toys and blankets to make them more comfortable (the old place would allow for any of that!).
  
  Every time I pick them up or drop them off, my dogs are so excited to say hi to the employees and owners which is so comforting when you're trusting someone else with your fur babies. Highly recommend this facility. Will definitely continue to bring my Zoey and Leo here.

  I cannot say enough good things about Riverside Pet Resort. We've taken our two dogs there on many occasions, and the staff has always been so polite and courteous, and a real joy to interact with. They are very proactive at sending us emails letting us know information like which kinds of vaccine updates they require for your next stay, cause to be honest in the hustle and bustle of everyday life something like bringing your dogs updated vaccine papers can get lost in the shuffle, and its great to get that reminder because even the best of us forget. Plus they even sent us happy birthday emails for our dogs this year!
  Just recently our daughter had to get admitted to the hospital, for nothing serious thankfully, but my wife was staying at the hospital with her, and I work a job that requires me to leave town a week at a time, and during this time I had to go back to work. We were in a real pinch to find accommodations for our two dogs, and I called and talked to Rick. I told him my situation, and even though they only had a room for some of the days and not all the days, they told us they could accommodate us, and they would find the space to board our dogs, and make it work. I can't say how thankful and appreciative we were for them going so out of their way to help us. Took a lot of stress off of us knowing that while our daughter was in the hospital and we were unable to take care of them, that they were in a safe place, being taken care of by a wonderful group of people, and able to have a ton of furry friends to play with.
  I wouldn't recommend any other place to board your pets, Riverside Pet Resort, sets and maintains a very high standard, and we can always rest easy knowing when our pets are there, they are very well taken care of.
