Top notch computer and computer component/accessories retailer! You really need to know what you're looking for though. They help best when you have at least a decent knowledge of computers.

Very interesting place. Nothing clearly marked, so you have to ask staff for anything you need to find. Also no prices marked on anything. But man, are the prices ever fantastic!!! Very much worth your while to go out of your way to shop here! Six foot tablet charger cord - $4, for example. Happy shopping!

The staff here is always knowledgeable and helpful with tech issues and terms (if I don't 100% know what I'm asking about). The prices are also fantastic for all this little audio, video and power cables and cords. 10/10 would recommend.

Lots of stuff, helpful people and good prices. I really like the chance to talk to people and see what I am really buying. The fact that the prices are as good as anywhere else means the I visit OTV a lot.

It's not always that I can rely on NCIX or Amazon to get something when I need it right away. OTV has never let me down. Fair prices on just about everything. It's worth noting that they have an excellent stock of the latest video cards, and at prices not too higher than the big online stores sell the same stuff for.

Great place. They have a great selection of tech related items for a smaller city like Saskatoon. My only complaint is that some of the products don't have prices labeled on them

This store is like a Costco for nerds. Wall to wall tech. I love it! I even got a 1080 Ti below the average price online. No price matching as far as I know, but a fantastic place with knowledgable staff to get parts, accessories, and tech assistance locally.

I love this place. My family loves this place. My friends love this place. The company I work for loves this place. The other employees I work with love this place. I recommend this place to everyone that needs anything PC related. You simply cannot beat the prices anywhere and the owner is so prettywhich has nothing to do with the storeunless your a single nerd living in your moms basement.

I ended up paying a bit more here than I would have at Best Buy, but they actually had what I needed in stock and the employees were very helpful, so we'll call it even.

I had previous given a 1-star review due to a few problems. I was contacted directly by the GM of the company who worked diligently to rectify the problem, and restore my faith in OTV and their customer service. Due to his attention to the matter and the amazing service he provided, as well as his continual follow-up to ensure that that complete satisfaction was met I will continue to give my business to OTV.

The building is kept clean with product neatly stocked. Staff does their best to assist in any questions or problems, as well as finding the most affordable product for you. Overall I enjoy their service and have been coming back to them for several years now.

Crazy good service. I came in during a very busy time there. A staff member on his lunch break noticed and jumped up to help out. He started asking everyone in line if he could help. "Do you have questions or need help finding anything? " he cleared out half the lineup and really had everyone pump through alot faster. Even took me to the repair station to process my purchase to get out faster. Great staff!

This place is freakishly awesome. Need a new computer or does your old one need a repair? Are you considering a custom build computer? Do you need a replacement part? Do you have technical or computer related questions? This is the place to go - without question. Locally owned and operated I have been shopping here for years and I tell everyone I can about it or, literally take them there on the North Side of Saskatoon.
Don't be shy about asking questions. These folks are experts in their fields and if they don't have an immediate answer for you they likely have someone in-house who does.response / report this review
