Great customer service, with knowledgeable staff, friendly staff. I am usually able to find everything I need, unless they are sold out. Every season is always different, which is neat because every visit there's something brand new to see and look at. Not only do they have a great selection of plants during the spring (including trees, annuals, perennials, and tropicals), they also have tropicals all through the year! They also have a fashion department, gourmet and decor sections of the store. Definitely, it is worth a visit!!

Very nice and unique clothing, decorations, etc. We went to the pumpkin maze, hard to breath in there with the straw dust. Most kids didn't seem too bothered though.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went expecting to spend an hour just figuring out what I wanted (as I had an idea in mind but not really anything concrete) the lady who helped me in perennials knew some intestine alternatives to the "Top 10" list and gave me plenty of options. I walked away from that section very happy. The other staff member I spoke to was also very knowledgeable, and took the time to help me understand the best way to raise a plant I already had. Overall I spent less than 30 minutes there, but definitely was a good use of time. Thank you to both those ladies!

Staff are friendly and willing to help, when they're around. When it's busy it's hard to find staff. Prices are a little higher than you'd pay in a box store for the same product but that's because they're small. You definitely wouldn't have the service in a box store like you do here.

I come once a year with Oyen Greenhouse truck and go home loving my awesome purchases- 2 show off in my yard, house and of course some thing 2 wear. Thanks Jill and Dutch Growers for having such lovely merchandise. Brenda Sanderson
