  Ray Hanna is the most kindest and caring real estate agent that we know. What we love about him most is that he sits with you to understand your goals, budget, and etc, in order to find you the best property. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, respectful and very very helpful. Ray has been our realtor for over 10 years, bought and sold many properties and he never disappoints. Ray also goes out of his way to help us for mtg approval, if needed he refers us to all his connections, and always is on top of everything for a smooth closing. Ray explains everything in details, and always helps us every step of the way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  There are not enough positive words to say about Ray and what he does. When deciding to sell our home, Ray helped us understand what needed to be done to give us the best value for our home and made us feel comfortable and confident ethat we would sell quickly. The photos taken made our home look straight out of a magazine!
  Throughout the buying process, Ray did the homework to make sure that we would get the best home for the best value, and of course suited to us. He was professional and punctual for every showing we went to, and gave us important details on each home.
  During showings of our own home, Ray kept us posted on everything that was happening and always made sure we were okay. Rays patience and determination got us exactly what we wanted in both selling and purchasing a property.
  We can’t thank Ray enough for all his hard work and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!!

  We chose Ray to sell our home in Milton this month and he was outstanding.
  
  After meeting with Ray at our residence we had a excellent understanding on what is expected during the selling process.
  
  Ray was very helpful in giving us tips and advise on how to set up our home to get the most amount of value.
  
  We were very impressed with his team. The photographers did an amazing job presenting our home digitally. The inspector conducted the report very professionally and gave us extra confidence that we are selling a good home.
  
  At the end we got an offer a lot higher then we were expecting.
  
  We will be referring him to our family and friends.
