Carol is very knowledgeable and she focused on my unique needs. I was looking to move to St Catharines from Vancouver and only had a couple 2 week visits over a couple months to St Catharines to home hunt. She listened to the features and type of home I was looking for and all the viewings addressed this. She also suggested that we view different areas of the city so that I could get a sense of the many neighborhoods in St. Catharines and we managed to accomplish this keeping in mind my time sensitive schedule.
She also showed me a new build in the area that I had decided to live in. I loved it and during the walk through with her experienced eye she was able to point out a couple easy floor plan changes that I would have never noticed. These changes made a huge improvement to my new home. This sale started with a total renovation and Carol was with us right from the beginning. She provided her expertise and guidance throughout the whole process and went above and beyond what was expected of her. Her marketing of the property was excellent and she responded to all our questions in a timely manner. It’s easy to see why she is top in her field and would recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.
