  Austin went above and beyond for my partner and I to find our first home! He is invested in his clients’ happiness and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his services. Austin provided so much knowledge and advice when we asked for it because we didn’t know a lot about the housing market as first-time buyers. He made the house-buying process as smooth and fun as it could be! Such a caring and reliable person to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  Austin helped my partner and I purchase our first home! As young home buyers we were looking for a relator who was knowledgable and could offer guidance in all aspects of home buying/owning. Austin was exactly that and more! He answered all of our many questions, worked with our availability and shared our excitement during the process. He knows London and surrounding areas so well! We can’t imagine anyone else guiding us through this process. Thank you Austin!

  Austin helped me buy my first 2 properties and will continue to be the realtor I use! He’s extremely trustworthy and honest. There’s many times he’s turned us away from buying a particular property, because he notices things that, we, are non-professionals would not! This allows us to really trust that he will have our best interests first, and not worry about having just a sale!
  When selling our property, he went above and beyond to ensure it was properly advertised, smooth and stress-free!
  Can’t recommend anyone more than him!

  Austin truly cares about his clients and makes himself available when needed and goes the extra mile to insure you are getting what you need. He may appear young, but don’t let that fool you! His expertise and professionalism were beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with different agents over the years when purchasing and selling homes in London and Toronto.
  I met Austin as a friendly and fun neighbour. When getting to know him and learning about his work, I realized his knowledge in real estate was outstanding and decided to give him a chance instead of a realtor I had in mind to sell my townhouse in London and purchase a house outside of town with my boyfriend. He did not disappoint! We were so impressed with Austin’s professionalism and his genuine dedication to go above and beyond, combined with the energy he gives along the way with his wit and sense of humour made it an extremely positive experience!
  I was grateful to have Austin’s expertise because it is so different from when I last sold and purchased a home. With the competitive and sometimes volatile market as it is now, his suggestions for both the purchase and sale were worth going along with. For the sale of my townhouse, he took extra care with getting it ready to sell, and his effort in advertising had at least 8 people a day coming to view it! I got well over asking with a closing date I wanted.
  For the purchase of our new house outside of town, he took the time to listen to what each of us wanted and found our dream home. With his guidance, it became ours over 38 other offers! The only negative thing is that I no longer live close to him!
  Choosing Austin will be the best decision you will make when looking for a real estate agent who is professional, dedicated and fun!
