Great experience through representative David Lim. I was able to focus on my future plans and David took over the stress of managing the sale process of my current home. My experience with this company was the only positive part of an otherwise negative experience.
I contacted them through their website. My dealings were with with Ammar, Dave and Michael. My initial contact was with Dave. Dave was honest, professional and compassionate. He was able to facilitate everything in a COVID-19 safe manner for us, with limited face-to-face contact by utilizing digital workarounds that were easy to understand (even for my non-tech-saavy husband).
Michael I spoke with on the telephone (probably more times and later at night than he wished lol). Some issues came up on our side (We were dealing with a predatory lender) and Michael was able to figure out a way to help us each and every timewith no benefit to them.
Ammar met us at our house near the closing date. He was unobtrusive and efficient and we were left with the feeling that the house we loved was being left in good hands.
I would 100% recommend this company. They are a rare breed for the industry.

I made a call to Micheal on Monday by Thursday I am now calling utilities to have final meter readings done. Micheal is helpful and caring about the stress that is caused when selling a home in not move in condition. The home that was purchased was part of my late mothers estate. Micheal's purchase of the property at such a fair price making a deal so quickly will help bring my family to closure with our mothers passing.

Michael spoke to me about a few investment properties that I may be interested in working with him on. I find that he is very honest about the pros and cons of each house, and takes the time to break down what repairs need to be done, along with getting a photo / video walk through of the property.
