  My Friend referred me to Vishal Kapoor and I am Glad I choose him to buy my first home. He is true Gentleman. He has good communication skills and best Punjabi Realtor in Brampton. He will never force you to buy any property. He does his job of showing the house and giving genuine feedback for every property. As a first time home buyer, I was bit worried with the process, home selection, mortgage and closing. But he guided me well through whole process at every stage which lowered my burden and I was bit relaxed. He is a very good negotiator and helped me to get a good price for the house. I must admit I had tons of question being first time home buyer and he answered all of them very patiently. Most importantly he brings the assurance which all buyers need when investing their life time savings to buy the house. He is with you even after the closing for all the helps you need which you generally don't find with others in the market. Thank you Vishal Kapoor for everything.   Vishal has by far exceeded all of our expectations for selling our home. If you want an agent who is honest, genuine, hard-working, tells you like it is, talks the talk and walks the walk, then look no further!! He taught us how to confirm/reject showings which all resulted in selling our house in three days, and over asking!!! The whole process for selling was seamless as Vishal was there to guide us every step of the way. We strongly recommend him for any real estate needs.
