Husein Gandhi is one of the best realtors in all of Toronto and GTA!
As a first time buyer in the market, Husein guided me with my townhouse purchase in Kitchener, ON and I am so pleased with his services. To make an overwhelming process easy and approachable, is no small task. Husein did that and more. He helped me get a sense of my needs in the near future and the community I was interested in, and then got creative to source a property that would be an ideal opportunity to invest in. He has always demonstrated his knowledge, flexibility, patience and integrity throughout my search and ensured that I was bidding on the right unit. He's also quite attuned to the general preferences of different age and cultural groups, which helps him consider resale factors.
Husein, you are an honest, hard-working and personable agent. For me, the thing that puts you over the top is your exceptional ability to negotiate and be readily available to address any concerns. You know what to say and when in order to get leverage and put your clients in a winning position every single time.

We were so fortunate to have found Husein Gandhi when we moved to Mississauga . As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we moved from Montreal to Ontario and were in a transition phase. He helped us throughout our transition starting from a rental place to start with, understanding the real estate market of Toronto/Mississauga, understanding the various aspects to think before buying a house and finally looking for houses.
He was very understanding and patient while we looked for homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
He was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.response / report this review -

If you are looking for an amazing Realtor that is very knowledgeable, cares about his clients and is not motivated by profit. Husein Gandhi is your guy. I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He listened and showed me exactly the properties I was looking for. Husein is very knowledgeable in the real estate and investment property market. Very impressive experience from start to finish. My new future realtor. Worth more than a 5 star. : )
