  Went with a large group and was forced to pay a mandatory tipor service charge as they call itof 18%. I don't have an issue with tipping when I feel the quality of service justifies it. When tipping is mandatory, it's no longer a tipit's a price increase.
  The issue I had with my experience is that it took an hour and a half to get our meal andwe sat in the freezing cold patio area due to the size of our party. We repeatedly asked the server to turn on the heat lamps but they never did. These 2 reasons led me to not enjoy my level of service and overall dining experience and thus, I felt that an 18% tip was not warranted.

  The food was good and tasty, unfortunately the service is horrible. There was only one waitress for the whole floor and it was lunch rush hour.
  It took forever to get our drinks orders and then our drinks. By the time the waitress came to take our food order our drinks were gone and we were starving.
  Is not the waitress fault because she was trying her best but the managers / owners should not do that to their employees or costumers.

  Had a very wonderful time tonight at Wings Langley. Our sever was Ashley, and she was absolutely amazing! Super outgoing and friendly! Even stopped by at our table later during our meal and really connected with us! She gave plenty of recommendations for food and encouraged us to come back for wings on Wednesdays and Sundays! The playlist of music for that day was also awesome! They were playing all 2000s throwbacks and it was just overall a very great experience. The food was also super yummy!

  I really loved the wings and pasta here. The service is even better, totally loved it! Angel is really an angel to help us suggest the best things on table and treat us really nice 😊 Thank you for good food, good ambience, good service, and good music! I'm sure coming back and trying more things, but for now, I had a couple things and I loved them! Scrumptious and flavourful! 😋
  Plus the portion size is good, one pasta is so much fulfilling.

  Visited this place with my partner on August 13th. We ordered four pounds of wings which turned out to be the smallest saddest wings we have ever seen, half of them were smaller than my pinky. All of them were bones covered with batter, the very little meat on the wings had the texture of beef jerky. Some of the wings were so small the bones were exposed and all four orders arrived in the same condition.
  
  We asked the server if that was normal, and she replied that the size of wings are "hit or miss as they came from the supplier" and they have "no control over it". Consistency is lacking. Decent wings from a restaurant that named themselves after the dish should not be a coin toss. If the wings' quality was not up to their standard, they should not serve it to customers. We visited WINGS expecting quality wings, and left very dissatisfied after spending close to $100.
