I went to the counter to get a bouquet. The flowers were beautiful but the way the bouquet was mounted left something to be desired. The wrapping of the bouquet in the paper was really badly done. For the price paid, it looked like I had had the bouquet made by my children. However, I did not comment on the spot because I was expected and the service had already been long. I don't think I will go back but if I had to, I would clarify my expectations and would not accept poorly done bouquet wrapping.

Very disappointed following an Internet order placed from France. First, no return following a request for confirmation by email, then the bouquet received is in poor condition after only 5 days, despite daily care and water changes. Very bad quality experience vs. costs. As for a nice impression on Valentine's Day, the disappointment is total.
