Aero’s professionals cleaned two fireplace inserts and one wood burning stove for me, removing soot and buildup from within the fireplace inserts, the chimney, and the chimney liner. Vacuuming and clean-up was tidy; drop cloths were used with no mess left behind. Office personnel are helpful. Chimney Sweep personnel were thoughtful; service was timely & excellent.

Cydney and Aaron were extremely professional and knowledgable. They were happy to answer my questions and were very personable. I will be using Aero Services to conduct our annual insert and chimney sweeping. I cannot overstate how impressed my wife and I were with the interaction. Highly recommended! A+ service!

We’re not sure why our contractor (last year) didn’t call you when he had the dryer duct open in the bathroom, but we did look at inside the duct and knew that we needed to get it done and I don’t know why it took us so long to find you. We are so glad we did. You made it so simple! A helpful tip to anyone having construction done — have the duct cleaned by Aero while it’s open. But we are so glad that you were able to so efficiently clean our system so well with everything closed up. We will be seeing you again next year for another Peace of Mind Cleaning as recommended annually by the local Fire Chiefs!

We had used Aero previously with our annual chimney service and was very happy with the professional service, so it was a no brainer to call Aero again this year. Tyrell and Aaron came and performed the service in a prompt and professional manner. They were patient and swift, cleaned our fire insert and fire place and left our fireplace super clean :). I was very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
