The difference in my son since starting Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Barrie with Mr Louis has been incredible. He’s on such a good path since joining over a year and a half ago. He learns so much in each class he attends, his school, his personal life have all flourished since joining. He has so much fun in each class. I highly, highly recommend this school. Check it out!

We just love Gracie Jiu Jitsu Barrie! Since my sons enrolment, it has been an all round positive experience! He’s more confident, focused and he absolutely loves going to Jiu Jitsu class. Mr. Lewis, Ms. Sandy and the rest of the team are always professional and friendly and are always happy to help. Highly recommended!!!

Mr. Lewis and Mrs. Sandy have made our children feel welcomed from day one. Not only are the children learning a skill that is keeping them fit and giving them confidence, but Mr. Lewis incorporates life lessons into his classes. Our kids leave every class wanting to go back inside for another.

As far as BJJ academies go you are very hard pressed to find one like this. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced in BJJ Professor Lewis has created a very special academy with the focus still on the actual martial arts. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu , Fitness & Self Defence this dojo has got it all and i'm always happy to make the drive north to visit

I've been a member of Lewis/Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Barrie for about 7 years now and have my children enrolled there as well. It is an excellent jiu-jitsu school for all ages, with fantastic facilities and a great location for us in South Barrie. This is a great outlet for fun, exercise, and learning self-defense. They also offer zoom classes, which are great when you are rushed or the weather is less than ideal! Trevor and Sandy are wonderful people and we appreciate them in our community.
