  Not recommended to any personal or companies to use it because they can not be trusted. They mentioned that they will be adjust if it is not fitted within 90 days, I called and they referred me to phone Brenda, and she left me a message saying give her a date so she can come by to fix it. So I text her time and date see if she's available or not, it was on July and I still haven't get any reply from her. Is this so called after sales service? I will surely let my company to know what happened. If you are one of the company consider to protect your staff, ignore dbBlocker, wasting your money because you never know how many staffs suffer without saying a word. Honestly not even worth one star.

  Bad experience with db blocker spend 170 .
  Start cracking in two weeks. In three month it all got torn down. My employer talk with company about it. They said it is my fault because I didn't wear and remove it properly. I didn't use the string that comes with it. My employer also didn't tell me now ask about it they told me this thing.

  I honestly really wanted to love this place but unfortunately after paying over $170 for my sleepers I had to go back to this location over a handful of times to have them adjusted. Each time I visited it took over an hour for them to put a coating and it still wouldn’t fit properly. It’s the same with or without wearing them in my ears. They were kind to help me adjust them the few times, but they could have easily done a re-model from the very beginning.

  Bought discreet vented earplugs from them. Been using it for 2 years now, works great. I work a lot of live events, and they're extremely comfortable and keeps my hearing protected! They keep your mould for 5 years for reordering.

  Highly recommend, they care about there customers and make a great product.
  
  Purchased custom musician plugs, the build was not exactly right for my ear. After a short conversation with customer service they were happy to fix them for me at not charge. 10/10 customer care!
  
  Great solution for all hearing protection!
