  Out furnace was acting up and our home was cold. I looked at Google reviews of hosting company's and found Legacy had a 4.8. I had heard of the company before on radio ads.
  
  I had a salesman Aaron visit and went through all our options. My wife and I recently bought our home and wanted to make the investment. We always wanted AC. So we purchased the full meal deal. Furnace, AC, Humidifier, and Softener. You know you made a great purchase when the furnace has a warranty for 15 years, parts and labour.
  
  The response time was fantastic. The install went quickly and is professionally done. We are very happy with everything and can't wait to use the AC this summer. We were melting last summer

  From beginning to end this was a great experience. My furnace stopped working and I had done some troubleshooting myself and when I could not go any further, called Legacy. I spoke with Shannon in the office and she was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and did everything in her power to ensure they could get a tech out to see me today. I will add that from the time I called to the tech arriving at my house was less than 2 hours.
  
  The technician that arrived was Kyle. Again, like Shannon, Kyle was knowledgeable, professional, polite and did his job with integrity. He provided me lots of detail on what the issues were, and the options for repair and all the pricing. Not once did he try to up sell me on anything that was unnecessary but provided options and different paths forward. I now have a advisor coming in tomorrow to help assess further.
  
  Thank you to the legacy team, I will definitely recommend this company when the time comes and will use them again in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

  Nick and Kyle were the installers for our new A/C system. Both were very professional but Nick was the main person we dealt with. Nick went above and beyond our expectations in terms of quality of work and cleanliness. He continually advised us of the work progress and once completed thoroughly reviewed the new System with us regarding its operation. Nick ensured that we were completely satisfied with the work.Nick is definitely an asset to Legacy heating.We would highly recommend Legacy heating to family and friends. All individuals involved from sales to setting up the appointment to the final installation provided excellent customer service.

  I initially dealt with Aaron as I was looking for a new AC system to replace my old one. Aaron was on time for the site visits to my home; diligent in explaining everything and provided three options. Aaron was able to meet my expectations regarding costs. I highly recommend speaking with Aaron Steers if you are looking for a new system; very professional and friendly.
  
  The installation techs arrived at my house on time and again were very pleasant, and professional. They answered my questions, installed the unit and did a great job at the fit and finish. They tested the unit, showed me what was done and confirmed that I was satisfied with the install.
  
  Great service by the two techs.
  
  Highly recommended.

  I had Dalton and Branden install A/C in my home and they did a super excellent job. The workmanship was of high quality and very neat and tidy. Legacy was very responsive in sending an estimator and two days later was able to book me in for the install. We are very happy and won’t have to melt this summer.
