I went there today and had the best service from a dealership ever. The sales person was new but he still did everything to help me. I love my new car.

The customer service was astonishing. My problem is not paying the price I was told I would be paying. I was told I would be paying 2.9% interest. Instead I'm paying 5.22% on my vehicle and was not given the all the papers after the finance was complete.

Bunch of f***ing crooks, my girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and they ended up convincing her she needed a ton of other work that she didn't and it ended up costing her over $600 for a f**king trip to get an oil change.

What amazing people
A own a jeep a Ford and a Chevy vehicle
But never had the kind the service I got in the Volkswagen center in Saskatoon

The people are really nice but they pump you up to get you in a vehicle after they call multiple times saying they want your car for their used lot and tell you they'll call you back with an answer if you're approved or not and just don't call you back. This is the second time this has happened and it's beyond disappointing and frustrating.

I recently purchased my first new vehicle with Mark's help. He made the experience stress-free, and very easy. I drove away in the right vehicle for me, with no fuss. I have been impressed with Mark's ability to follow up. I had no concerns after the purchase of my vehicle, but I'm certain that he would have been able to deal with any issues swiftly.

Shopping for a new vehicle can be stressful. It can be downright scary. I was searching for my dream vehicle when I had read some fabulous reviews about Mark Sugar. I was impressed immediately. I reached out to Mark letting him know that I needed guidance and he offered his assistance on the spot. Offered to meet me at anytime, anywhere to ensure I was getting the best "bang for my buck". More importantly, that I was making a wise investment.
Mark dealt with me without any pressure. His complete candor and openness put me at ease. My intuition sensed I was in good hands. Funny how our bodies send us messages about our surroundings on a sub conscious level -- but they do! Mark worked hard to help me find what I was looking for. He listened carefully to my description of what my dream vehicle looked like. He took me through the process step by step which increased my confidence.
Turns out, he brought my dream vehicle right to me! He had chosen this vehicle himself and brought it into the dealership. He knew I was the first person who needed to view it. He was right. I've slept well every night since my purchase so I know my instincts were right and my mind is at ease. I can't give enough thanks to Mark Sugar! I give him 5 stars! I will be returning to Mark Sugar for any future vehicle needs. I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle or who are just browsing around to go see Mark Sugar at Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon! Recently bought a 2015 Golf from Lucky and thought his customer service was amazing. Very friendly and causal witch made for a very relaxed experience. Originally thought getting the car would be quite the ordeal but was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend Volkswagen Center of Saskatoon to anyone looking into a new or used car.
Only note I could add is the car could have been detailed a little better, But they did make up for it.response / report this review -

I personally know Josh. Even though he is the new car sales, but he helped me go through all the process, I'm very appreciated. Dustin at Service is very helpful. I'm not from Saskatoon, he got my car booked in for windshield replacement and provided me a loaner so I can get back to Regina on time for work! Great people, highly productive overall.

"Exceptional Service" - Chad Baron
I recently purchased a vehicle from the Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. The sales associate I dealt with was Lucky Singh and I can't say enough good things about the service he provided. Lucky is very professional, friendly and delivers exactly as promised. Every aspect of my experience was positive from the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove our new purchase off the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Lucky to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I had only heard exceptional things about the service at Volkswagen centre in Saskatoon so I thought I should check it out myself when shopping for a vehicle. And I definitely can say I was not disappointed. My experience all started when when I walked it the door. I met with salesman Jay Hudon. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and above all else friendly salesman. Even tho I was a new customer just starting to look for a new vehicle, he made me feel like an longtime member and valued customer. I could have asked for a better experience. And will definitely be coming back with customer service like this. Thank you guys for the outstanding experience!
