Granted i purchased the fan based on price and reviews. I purchaser the 24x36 thin line island exhaust fan, here is the problems i had installing it
1.Very poor instruction
2.Fastening holes not lining up causing cross threading.
3. Mounting the fan and stainless cover to the top bracket this is a very
poor design and required making a stand to rest the fan on
4.The fans should have LED lights not old school halagon.
5 Had the fan installed and went to extend the 6" metal adjustable
exhaust flue stack and it came detached for the blower supplied tie
wrap didn't hold lower it down and try again this time with metal duct
tape. That's enough hope you have better luck. POS FROM CHINA
7.I had four call back request from Victory Range Hoods and never got
one return call back.
8. The hood looks great and does a good job exhausting the odors.

I’ve had my hood for over 2 years and it has been great. My hood looks like new and was thousands less than a wolf or Viking. It looks just as good and I love that I’m ordering from a canadian company! I even had a knob break off and they said they would send me a replacement for free even though it’s been over two years since I purchased it. I highly recommend ordering form this company. You won’t be disappointed.

Got my new range hood installed! Looks great, it's almost silent. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and it's about half the price of a name brand hood. Love it!

Great kitchen exhaust fans. They specialize in kitchen exhaust fans that use analog controls instead of electronic, so they rarely fail. Excellent customer service both with sales and installation help. I have installed these units in at least six kitchen renovations and the clients have very happy with them.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! It is often difficult to buy on-line not being able to actually see the product in person. However, this range hood surpassed my expectations. Extremely good quality in workmanship and design. It is super easy to install and best of all it is very very quiet! I couldn't believe how silent this fan is low and high.

Shipping is super fast. I placed the order last Tuesday at 10am and received my Fedex shipping confirmation a few hours later and it arrived on-time 4 days later.

Way better quality that the many cheap Asian imports you see on-line. This range hood easily compares with hoods in the 2k-4k range.

We bought a Twister 30 ranged hood from Victory when we renovated our kitchen. Phillip was an order of magnitude more knowledgeable about range hoods than anybody else that we encountered in our search. The company has a truly impressive array of demo units so we could see exactly what we were getting. Philip listened to our requirements then recommended the Twister 30. It's a nice simple unit with analog switches for the lights and the fan motor. We chose a unit with the LED bulbs. The order and delivery procedure was dead simple. Delivery was timely. Installation was easy. Once installed, the Twister does a fine job of sucking the smoke and bad smells out of the kitchen, illuminates the stove top very nicely and looks great. I wish the other parts of the kitchen reno had been this easy. The most difficult part of the range hood process was finding Victory Range Hoods.

We looked extensively for a hood that would have strong cfm and was stylish. The kitchenhoods product met both criteria and was competitively priced. After installation we had a problem with one of the fan motors. I contacted the service depth and within a week we received a replacement motor. It works perfectly now. And, they extended the warranty to 5 years, so we are confident if we have any further problems they will be corrected. Great product, and service. Kudos to Vlad and the team.

We were looking for a wall mount range hood in white as it was incredibly hard to find one in Ontario. Finally found one at kitchen hood. However, we were skeptical purchasing it online without seeing the item first but we did, taking a chance. Glad to say that it was a best decision we made as we are really happy with the purchase. Though at first, it arrived slightly damaged but it was quickly resolved. Filip at kitchen hood helped us and after a few emails and couple of calls , a replacement was shipped same day ! Excellent customer service, courteous and professional. Highly recommended. It was truly a great experience. Would definitely deal with Kitchen Hoods again.

We have been delighted with the excellent service from Spagna Vetro and the quality of the range hood that we purchased. Great style and price. Our order arrived quickly even though it was said to be on back-order. We had a few questions upon installation and they responded immediately. Several months later, we had other questions which could have been easily answered if we had read the manual however, Spagna Vetro followed up immediately again - courteous and helpful. Impressive service beyond our expectations.
