Very lowbrow establishment. My differently abled sister who is on assisted living applied for a job here and was given an opportunity, unfortunately she was unable to work fast enough for business standards and they let her go which I can understand. What I cant understand is that they told her they'd call her with further shifts and then ignored all her calls and refused to pay her for the hours already worked. Finally (over a week later) she went into their business alone and in person and demanded that they pay her for the shift and they conceded. I can't imagine what kind of person it takes to take advantage of a person who is obviously struggling hard just to find employment and stiff them until directly threatened (via the perceptions of present clientele) to do otherwise. Do the world a solid and enjoy a juicy steak at an establishment with some kind of extent moral standard

Best rack of lambI have ever had and portions huge!!!Stuffed mushroom caps not great but forgot about them after my very fresh and large Greek salad that came with the meal and a well made cosmo.
Worth every penny of the $37.00 I paid as you also get very fresh veggies,potatoes and or rice.
Very busy when I came in but for a small packed restaurant was run like a well oiled machine from the wait staff to young knowledgeable gentleman making my drinks among doing many other things such as hosting,serving, bar tending and waiting tables.
He was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of and even pointed out dishes they had ran out of right away instead of letting me waste my time.
Definitely will be going back as also pointed out how they are open for lunch also.
Nice to see a restaurant run by staff that are very attentive,knowledgeable and seem to really care.response / report this review -

The lamb chops were really, really good and the portion was generous. The onion soup was also really good. I found the lamb shank a little too rich for my taste tho.

We finally made it to Little Billy's Steakhouse. Interesting to note that the menu is not really reflective of a typical steakhouse. There are some steak dishes, along with Italian dishes including pizza, Greek Dishes and Seafood too. So the question is; Is this truly a Steakhouse? We decided on our entrees, the halibut and chicken souvlaki. After reviewing some of the other patrons reviews, we kept an open mind. To rate this 5 stars out of 5 stars would only indicate to me that people need to get out more and truly experience a 5 star restaurant in Vancouver. We thought our meals were good, not great. The one hiccup was that the asparagus on the fish was really overcooked, stringy in texture. The rest of our meals were good again not something to get excited about. Our server did an excellent job and the owner came over to ascertain if our meal was okay. The setting is a 4 out 5 as it is a small quaint establishment. If I could rate 3.5 out of 5, I surely would. It is a better than average restaurant and for the area it is probably one of the better ones to visit.

We had the 4 course meal. Steak was good. Potatoes were horrible, shrimp was good, soup was salty and tasteless.

Little Billy's Steakhouse is the best air conditioned restaurant in Burnaby. The serving staff is wonderful, the chef and his crew are top notch, and the food is to die for at very reasonable prices.
We come here at least once every 2 weeks now and you too would not be disappointed!!!response / report this review -

I recently came to little Billy's for a date last weekend and I was very disappointed and frustrated with staff. The server took 15-20 minutes to come to our table. She was eating and talking to people sitting on the bar when she finally came to our table she was very rude. We stayed optimistic for the food but the order was wrong and the food was over cooked. asked for a rare and received med-well and my date ordered medium and it was well done.

Had the roast lamb. It came with brocoli, rice, and Greek salad. The lamb was tender, juicy, and flavourful. The rice was also perfectly cooked and flavourful. I have no issue with the other Greek restaurants throughout Burnaby- they're all good. If I had to pick one, though, this is the best one. Probably not five stars, but when people leave really poor reviews- unjustifiably- I will give five stars. This is not a high end restaurant with high prices for small portions of perhaps better quality and locally sourced food For what it is, though, you can't beat it.

I chose Little Billy's to cater my wedding and was sadly disappointed with the overall experience. I had gone through them earlier in the year and was very happy with everything They delivered, set up, and took away for 60 guests. I'm thinking now "special" orders need not apply. The wedding was small but we had a couple vegan guests and one who was celiac. We specifically requested several items along with the maximum plate cost. One dish we requested in particular was the tomato pesto pasta dish with veggies, no cheese and with the pasta and sauce separate. Pretty simple I think. The chef? owner? almost scoffed and sounded condescending at the request and I felt he wasn't really listening to me. However, in the end he guaranteed they'd do those dishes "and more" for the price and I felt assured everything would be great. Unfortunately, the evening of, we were disappointed. First, a couple of the dishes we requested were not there, and the pasta they sent was not only a different sauce than we requested but a CHEESE sauce, none-the-less, and it was not separated from the pasta. This all wouldn't have been worth a review but it was the air of insignificance to our situation we received from the chef when we came to pick up the food after we were left in the dark (until the food was already late) that they would not be delivering our food for such a small order (30 guests).

jung female "boss" is a peace of sh.. treading employees like junk. reviews on FB will be deleted and let the user blocked she have not the tiniest clue how to handle costumers and don't know who she have to thank that the restaurant is still in buissnes.
