Great place for food and drinks with friends, and it’s the only place in Metrotown area that has a nice atmosphere , but I bit Pricey 💵💵

Waitress are very nice but receptionist is sucks My reservation was for party of seven and they give me a small table which is only suit for 4. 45 minutes extra waiting time

The restaurant was full when we came but got a nice outdoor seat, the food was pretty good. Outdoor seats were better than inside because was noisy inside. Staffs' service was average, the hosts didn't have welcoming face.

Cactus Club has always been my favourite restaurant, and this branch is just as great as the others. I went with some coworkers, and despite being a large group of people, we barely had to wait to be seated. The service was good (more so impressive because it was an extremely busy night), and the food was delicious. The only problem is that its usually way too crowded. (probably because of how good it is)

Friendly, helpful staff. May be slightly understaffed as it took us a long time to get our bill paid the other night. Food was good quality. Parking lot is small and was full, so plan for alternate parking.

The salads are delicious and easily shareable.
I had a crush on the butternut squash soup so creamy and delicate. The croutons on top add a bit of crunch.

Some of the best food I've had in Vancouver. Friday night, place was busy but still found a table. Meatballs were some of the best I've had at a restaurant and the cheddar burger was perfect. Red relish a plus. Place should be rated higher than it is. Looking forward to next time to try something else.

Had a staff party here, staff were accommodating and helpful. Waitstaff could have been a little more attentive but we did catch them on a very hectic night but food was great and would go back. Key lime pie was amazing

I don't like the service in this place for couple of reasons. Despite there is a reservation and there is people walking around and tables are available, there is this 15mins wait. Why? Because the server who will start hasn't started the shift, well as a customer I shouldn't be seated depending on employees' schedule. Also, there were couple of times, service was beyond acceptable and in such cases, I didn't see in any way manager is compensating the customer and/or apologizing for the service etc. There were moments when our party had to deal with server, a 'junior' manager (as he couldn't handle and another one came) and a manager anyhow, try another cactus and avoid this place in rush hour. Food quality on the other hand is same as any other cactus so if you are ok with service you may receive then have a seat

I am so impressed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered take out and when I got home I realized that something was missing from the bag. I called and the man who I spoke to rectified the mistake immediately. He sent someone to deliver what was missing - in the miserable Vancouver weather. Yes they made a minor mistake, but the way it was handled was exceptional and thus I have given 5 stars. Thank you very much!!!

Had a very good time at this Cactus Club. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was tasty and was appropriately portioned. The patio we sat in was warm, due to the nice fireplace even tho it was quite cold (4-5 degrees) outside. Only problem is that this locations is quite small making is a bit tight walking to and from tables especially on a busy night. Also parking spots are quite limited in the lot. Overall, definitely worth checking out if you never been to a Cactus Club, and definitely check out the patio!
