  Alex's workmanship is excellent as shown in the job he did at replacing a chipped stone in a ring that was my moms. It was a bezel setting which I'm sure is more complicated than a claw setting. Thank you Alex for a beautiful job in restoring this keepsake. I would highly recommend Alex as he is very trustworthy and his workmanship is fantastic. I will be back to have the chipped stone made into a pendant design he suggested. Definitely a business you can trust. Thanks again.

  I am ecstatic about the wedding band Alex created for me. My fiance and I brought him a photograph of a ring we liked, and he expertly discussed options with us regarding design, value, materials, and technical concerns. He was endlessly patient with my fiance's questions. His artistry and professionalism is evident -- a true craftsman who takes immense pride in his work. He created a beautiful match for my engagement ring, one that will withstand the test of time. I would 100% recommend him.

  Excellent experience all around. Had a custom engagement ring made. Alex walked me through every step of the design process and did a great job educating me about the pros and cons of each choice. Actual time to make the ring was a good two weeks faster than originally quoted which was awesome. My fiancee absolutely loves the ring! We will definitely be using Trio again in the future for our wedding bands.

  Alexandr did great work on our company employee recognition jewellery. He was very knowledgeable in advising us on some of the revisions we requested and provided a timely turnaround for all of our items. Great customer service! We will be back!
