The old Asian women is racist and didn't let me look at anything . She opened the door actually she didn't even open the door it was barely open . She asked me if I can afford anything in this shop and slammed the door on me. Of course I can I have been shopping here for years .You earn minimum wage what's so good about that . You think your all that you're not stay humble old women you will get bad karma .

Stay away from this location that old asian women thinks she owns it. She rolls your eyes when you press the button then waits 2 minutes to open the door. She barley opens it , its like a peak and she says WHAT DO YOU WANT? I wanted to buy the ring in the window she slammed the door and said you can't afford it . Who does she think she is she works minimum wage . I have bought from montecristo for years and i will never EVER buy again. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE PERSON !!

Best to stay away from this place. Really. If you stop in front of one of the windows, someone will come out to tell you to go away.

Very lazy people don't want to help you at all when i ask to see a different wedding ring they said I would need to make another appointment never go to the metrotown location

Tried coming here twice. Have a wedding ring budget of 15k for myself. These lazy assholes won't even let me in. They talk through the intercom like you're a criminal even though they are sitting in an empty store.
