I had a great experience both shopping for and purchasing a new vehicle at Mazda VIP.
Our salesperson Pat was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Bought tires here too afterwards, but the service department had not installed and balanced the tires for my appointment after waiting 3 weeks, and quadrupled my appointment from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Don't buy tires here if you value your time, go somewhere else.response / report this review -

My boyfriend bought a Mazda 3 gt, and loved it so much we went back and purchased a Mazda 2 for myself. Jas is an incredible salesman who goes above and beyond with every customer he interacts with.

After buying our Mazda 3 from here I have taken our CX5 which we bought from another dealership here for service and the service has been second to none. After having a weird whistling noise and a small warranty job needing to be fixed VIP Mazda have been absolutely amazing. I need to say a massive thank you to Bree in the service department for her ongoing help and literally second to none customer service, she did everything in her power to squeeze me into the schedule and makes sure I was looked after. She is an asset to the company. If you need your Mazda serviced don’t take it anywhere else!!!

Amazing & friendly service, Julian is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of variety to choose from off the lot, prompt transactions, no pressure, awesome quality vehicles and once you buy they treat your car with great care at the service center! Just bought my second Mazda CX-5 2017 yesterday because I loved my 2016 so much!!! Best vehicle I have ever owned!

I've been having my Mazdas serviced at VIP for years. Between the great customer service, competitive pricing, shuttles, car wash & vacuum, complimentary water, there's excellent value in having my Mazda serviced there. Well done!

Main phone/reception desk is hit and miss in terms of courteousness and handling of calls in a timely manner. Hard to get feedback that helps you move on with your day even after being on hold for several minutes. Once you get through to the right person, however, the handling of your inquiry or request is awesome and professionally addressed.

We bought the 2017 Mazda 3 Sedan today and we couldn't be happier with the entire purchase process. Julian and Todd were amazing starting with my first phone call all the way to us driving away from the lot. We were treated extremely well, we're never pressured into anything and everyone there was extremely professional and understanding of our needs, we left knowing we had made the perfect decision for our family and love the car already. We had a bad experience at another dealership and VIP Mazda have restored my faith in Mazda dealers, we won't ever go anywhere else for our cars or service!! Thanks guys you rule!!!

Purchasing a vehicle at VIP Mazda was easy and stress free. I knew what features I wanted in my new vehicle and I also had a specific interior/exterior colour combination in mind. My sales representative, Julian, worked with me to turn my new car dreams into reality. Julian was also very helpful once my car had arrived and took the time to explain the key features of my new car before I left the dealership. Working out the payment details for my new car was also a positive experience at VIP Mazda. Their Financial services manager, Todd, explained all the options available and gave me time to make decisions that I was happy with.
A big thank you to Julian, Todd and all the staff at VIP Mazda. I look forward to many safe and trouble free years of driving with my new Mazda3. I know that I will return to VIP Mazda when it comes time for my next Mazda.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle at VIP Mazda! We visited numerous dealerships in town and dealt with so many high-pressure, stress-inducing salespeople. Not so at Mazda. Pat, our salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable and had a friendly relaxed attitude. We never felt pressured and were able to come to the decision to purchase on our own timeline. The quality and design of the vehicles really speak for themselves. Todd in finance was also great and low pressure. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I'm very happy with the service at VIP Mazda they helped me get into a 2016 Mazda 3 sport and I absolutely love it!! I want to thank Julian De Vuono and all other staff at VIP Mazda for their outstanding customer service I would recommend them to anyone!! :)

VIP Mazda staff are absolutely top notch. I have recently gone through hell with CIBC after getting a new vehicle through VIP which has resulted in several visits without being able to drive out with the vehicle. I won't go into any particulars, but the staff of VIP have been so incredibly accommodating and have been what has kept me sane throughout the process. You guys are the best. Will definitely come back in the future.

I bought a secondhand Kia from this dealership a few weeks ago and the sales team were great to deal with. The salesman Kris was very friendly and he and his colleagues were open to friendly haggling over price which was a change. The finance manager was also very friendly and took his time to explain all that was involved and I never felt rushed.
Would definitely consider this dealership when looking for a vehicle again.response / report this review
