My car feels like a brand new car thanks to these guys! I was in an accident a few weeks ago and the auto body folks did a great job. I feel much safer with all the work they did, as well with the better tires. I let them know how much it was appreciated and felt they deserved a great review. It was actually our first time to purchase a car. Since the very first visit at Auto Clearing everything always went smoothly. From giving us options, sharing ideas, guiding us every step of the way, Lucky Singh has been very accommodating. He's very patient and always work with our schedule the best he could. To Josh Piper (Financing), for the very warm and always lively conversation. He's been very helpful and made sure to give us the best service when it comes to finance/bank stuff. And lastly, Mark Sugar for helping us with the turnover. He made us feel comfortable and answered every question with full knowledge and confidence. These people are very pleasant to deal with. I have never had a new truck and the ones I have had were all GM products. I decided to give Dodge a try as I really like the look of them and the interiors are much better detailed. I was fortunate enough to walk in the showroom and start talking with Lucky. It was a nice change for he wanted to learn a bit more about me and then discuss what I was looking for. There was no hi pressure sales pitch as he appeared more concerned that I was finding and getting exactly what I wanted. Was a great experience, very professional and genuine!

Auto Clearing has helped me make one of the best decisions in my life! Mark Sugar goes above and beyond for his customers! I ended up purchasing a Jeep locally/used but Mark Sugar was with me every step of the way. He helped me track down exactly what I needed and wanted in a Jeep, this guy is packed with knowledge. I'd call him a Jeep expert!! He helped me as a customer gain knowledge on what I was purchasing and the pros to all the different options there are available. Along with breaking down and explaining everything on the bill of sale and helping me understand exactly what a was signing up for. I have total trust in Mark and his advice. I have to say Lucky was a great salesman to deal with. Right away he tried to connect with me on a personal level to get to know me before jumping in right away with making a deal and then I told him what I was looking for and gave me some options. He answered all my questions and addressed any concern I had, as it was my first time buying new, until we found the one that I wanted. He always worked around my schedule I never had to go out of my way to go and make the deal happen. I also really enjoyed dealing with Josh in financing he made sure I understand all the numbers and worked through every scenario with me with all the warranties and insurance with the financing and gave me truthfull answers on what I should do and what I shouldn't do with my current situation, he even stayed late after work with me to answer my million questions. I am very happy with my new truck and the people I dealt with!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and went in to see Lucky at Auto Clearing on a Thursday evening and by Saturday morning I drove away my new vehicle. I was taking a family trip to Edmonton the following week. I took the van in after this to get a tow package and car care protection done and Lucky called to check in to see how the new ride was and asked about the trip. Great service by Lucky in sales and Brent in finances. I would recommend them for a vehicle purchase.

We just purchased a used Avalanche from here. We stopped on Saturday and within minutes were test driving the unit. It seemed solid and handled great so we made the deal. Financing came through and I was waiting for the truck. Jeff told me they were replacing the brakes and a coupe things prior to pick up. I thought it seemed to be taking a while, but got the call that it was ready. Jeff went through what was repaired and it was an extensive list of items. After seeing it, I'm impressed they got through it in the amount of time they had the truck.

It was a very pleasant experience from first walking on to the lot and dealing with Jeff , to dealing with Josh and Brent in financing, all the way through to driving off the lot with the new truck. I would definitely shop there again.

Our family just purchased a new vehicle from Auto Clearing and we found the whole experience very fair and rewarding. Every person we dealt with from the GM, Paul Savoie, to the receptionist was great to work with. Our sales person, Jeff Hartley, gave us an excellent walk through of our new car before sending us on our way. Auto Clearing will be our first place to shop for a new or used car.

Trying to get an oil change there is a joke. They refuse to make an appoinment for an oil change. Something that takes an hour anywhere else is a minimum 2.5 hour commitment. Saleman there kept pushing their 'express' seevice lane for oil changes when he sold us the vehicle. THIS IS NOT AN EXPRESS OIL CHANGE!! It's a total lie.

I cancelled an extended warranty because of the poor service and 'busy' customer service. I still have not been refunded the taxes over 6 months later. When I called I was told they would look into it but haven't heard anything back.

Overall a dishonest place and I will never buy another vehicle from them.

Would not recommend. Went it to purchase a van, and our salesman (Barry Ratti) knew less about them than we did. He was very pushy, and when I pointed out something that was broken on the van I was told I could "bring it back for a warranty repair". I'm not going to buy something broken just to bring it back. As well, I asked to see the service report on why the vehicle received a certain repair (done an hour previously at Auto Clearing) and despite him "going to get the report" 3 separate times, we never actually were shown it -- which to me was a pretty bad sign.

The trade offered on our vehicle was far lower than what it's worth, and when we inquired about this he tried to show us "similar" vehicles online to justify their offer. He filtered the seach results to bring up only what he wanted to see, not actually comparable vehicles to ours. This wasn't hard to find out on my own, and as soon as I saw that level of dishonesty I knew I wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle from him, or Auto Clearing.

He was very pushy throughout the process, and was visibly very unhappy when I said we weren't ready to purchase that day and wanted some time to think and let things sink in.

All in all, it was a bad experience all around and I hope this stops someone from going through the same process and making the mistake that I came so close to making myself.

I nearly purchased a vehicle here. It's a crowded lot with a good selection of used vehicles. The sales staff, however, need professional training because there really isn't a lot of value or relationship building going on. It's really kind of disgusting, actually, to meet sales people who stink of cigarettes and coffee.

A great experience with Jan in buying a Renegade.
Every part it was nothing short of professional and straight to the point which was much appreciated. So happy with how everything was put through efficiently. It was great to have Jan working with me and keeping me in the loop in the lead up to and time during making the purchase. I would highly recommend this as a place to buy a new vehicle!
