In my first experience at U-haul the line was big, and I waited a long time to be attendee. After wait almost 20min in the line the staff was nothing friendly, I didn't booked a vehicle, and I was asking for a van or truck and he said that he didn't have nothing avaible for that time, but I checked right before on their website and appears avaible. Right after I checked again and still available, he didn't even check on his computer. Then I went on the Mcphilips store and everything worked well. I do not reccomend to go on this store King edward.

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Have used this location for both storage purposes and had them also install a hitch on our vehicle. We experienced some problems with the installation of the hitch but U-Haul fixed them almost immediately. I will always recommend this place to friends due to the great service.

Rented a car hauler here once. Staff was trying to be helpful but were very hampered by the computer system. It wouldn't let me rent one of their big F-250 pickups to pull the trailer.

Friendly staff, great service, helped make my moving day so much easier! They were able to answer all of my questions, and service was fast. The uhaul truck was in great condition and very clean. Highly recommend, if you have to move, rent a uhaul from this location!

Worst experience and they total scammed us. I am a very detailed and organized person. I knew exactly the distance of our truck that we rented, mileage ( even took pictures before and after) and specifically put the exact amount of gas needed to return it at the appropriate level. 2 days after the truck is returned they will charge your credit card a second time and claim they had to put more gas in it. We even called to advise we have a picture and a rude guy argued with me that the picture could be from anywhere, even though I confirmed that the mileage would match and he said he didn't have time to argue and hung up.Horrible service, horrible wait and scamming you with your credit card. Don't go there!!!

Waited in a line of 5 people for well over 20 minutes while one customer got helped. No extra staff were called to help and there seemed to be no urgency. If you've got nothing better to do with your time, this place is for you! Highly recommended waste of time.
