We stayed one night. The carpeting had stains and hair (looked like the vacuum cleaner hadn't worked). One bed didn't have a mattress cover, mattress had stains, and the blanket had exposed filling because the cover was so worn. Very worn towels, hair in the bathtub. The bathroom was dirty. The floor edges had not been wiped clean for a while, dirty and dusty (I wiped some with paper). The floor behind the toilet was dirty. Spots on the walls that just needed a good wipe. The wall behind the lamp on the bedside table had 'soda' spots on it, the lamp was dirty. I did contact the front desk, very friendly and tried to be helpful. Showed me another room, also dirty. Suggested upgrade, but I didn't want to move to another floor at 10:30 pm, and I thought if 2 rooms were dirty, what were the chances of the 3 being any cleaner?

Would definitely not recommend for anyone to stay here, paid two nights and on the following day of the first night I had my room rummaged through by the staff, I haven't had the time to pin point if anything else is missing but I had money stolen from the drawer that was tucked under clothes. I had tried to talk to the front desk about it but they completely denied that it happened and that I was the first to complain. Nothing got resolved they made a huge scene and I had asked to be taken to a separate room where we can talk in private but my request was ignored, instead they threatened to call the police and they said they won't be refunding me for neither of the nights when I will be definitely not staying the second night due to this. So technically I got to pay for a night I haven't stayed there. I asked for a manager as well and that was denied and told from from Melanie that she was in charge. I will be contacting the manager Monday and hope to resolve this, anyhow this was my experience. 👎🏻

My husband forgot his monitor in the room when he checked out. I called the following day and the front desk attendant checked lost and found but it was not there. She took my number but did not receive call. When called back a week later to inquire again they placed me on hold and checked lost and found. When I said that it had to be there it was a 14 inch tv/ monitor. The attendant then got defensive and asked if was accusing them of stealing it.
I do NOT recommend this hotel and will NEVER stay there again.response / report this review -

Near the airport, only a couple blocks away. The room we had was a double queen. It was clean and comfortable. It also came with breakfast. Nothing special, but it's food in my belly to help get the day started.

I travel for work, so I stay in many different hotels. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and had great service. The hotel manager is very kind and accommodating. The front desk hosts are extremely nice. Definetly A+ service.

Room was not as advertised. Bed was not made properly. Looked like a 10 year old made it. Hallway carpet was torn. Pool area was filthy. Pool hot tub was not functioning. Door in pool area was all rotted. Air vents in pool area were very filthy. Breakfast was less than mediocre. We were 3 guests and there were only 2 sets of towels. We had to go down and get another set ourselves. There was only toiletries for 1 person. This hotel I would never recommend. I will never bring my child there again. The price they charged was for a luxury hotel at 150$ a room. Their facility was not worth 80$ a room. We were very disappointed. We expect a refund.

Overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is that the room was very warm when I checked in and the ac took over 12 hours to cool the room down to a decent temperature.

Very comfy beds. Pool area is nice, we especially liked the paddling pool for our baby.
Only complaint is a high pitched humming that we couldn't identify. It would switch off eventually, but it's annoying when you're trying to sleep.response / report this review -

Salt water pool was great! Possibly a bit too strong if you have dry skin. Breakfast was fantastic, guest services were always helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Staff are absolutely amazing! Food is great too. All amenities are in excellent working order. Continental breakfast is spot on as well.
