Great falls room view. Very clean room. Good dinner, food delivered to room promptly. Nice and quiet to sleep. Comfy bed. Crib brought to room for us. Polite employees.

This is the furthest and last hotel on the strip but the Falls View rooms have spectacular views of the Horseshoe Falls with the American Falls also visible in the distance. The views are especially nice at sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your room. Book a package with Concierge Lounge access so you can enjoy free continental breakfast and light meal in the evening.

We stayed in the high floor falls view room and it is incredible. The view is amazing and the room is great. The room is very updated and has a very nice look. The bathroom is very updated and modern. A big jacuzzi and great standing shower. Nothing is better than this view though. We have an amazing view over the falls and it is above the mist so you can always see the falls.

Very nice place to stay extremely friendly staff and the rooms are nice. The lobby bartenders are so polite and friendly - watching fireworks over a glass of wine was great! Beth the bartender was so friendly and nice to us, it was overall a great stay I recommend👍👍👍

Understaffed and underwhelming. Elite lounge closed on weekends, long wait for help with luggage. Rooms are modern and beds are comfortable at least.
At least the bellman was apologetic and very helpful and courteous. Can't blame him for the understaffed situation.
Unsure why concierge lounge is closed, no view of the falls from the room and no ability to enjoy it from the lounge.
Parking is also quite pricey and requires an outdoors walk back to the hotel unlike other hotels closer to the action.

Very nice and modern rooms, view is fantastic. Service at the restaurants is great as well. My only gripe with the hotel is their elevators: they are very slow and don't make a "ding" when they open, so it is very possible to miss!

Customer service was great! The staff were helpful and always had a smile on their face. Anytime I would walk past an employee they would greet you with a smile. It made the environment very welcoming to stay in.

This place is awesome. Amazing caring staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. If you need a window to open stay at floor 15 and under. The more you pay the higher you are. I am claustrophobic and wanted a room with a window that opens and they instead gave me a balcony! 405 is great spot 2605 is great view if you are fine with no opening window ☺

The staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. From the minute I checked in to the minute I left, every employee I met was cheerful and courteous. That, to me, is a strong reflection on the facility as a whole. Food was good. Parking was convenient. Great location. All the amenities. 5 star visit without a doubt.

Great and friendly staff. The room was ready early and we were allowed to check in early. Very clean as expected from the Marriott brand. Bed was firm but pillows could've been better. The bathroom was fantastic, great water pressure and temperature for the sink and shower. Elevators were a bit slow at times, but the property was fully booked. Would highly recommend this property, and would stay again.

Excellent hotel, very clean, however expect to pay many tips for delivery of items that should have already been placed in the room. Parking is at least $25/day and it is billed to your room. CASH PAYMENT FOR PARKING is not required if you are using a credit card. This location utilizes an open parking area & a parking deck at the hotel's Stanley Avenue (ON 102) entrance. There are several undisclosed occupancy taxes that raise the cost of the room considerably. This is probably the same for all of the Hotels in the same tax district. There were a lot of Police and Security in this area (October) near the Canadian Falls. Front side rooms have an excellent view of the falls as Lake Erie approaches the falls. All guests have access to an outdoor deck on the second floor. Front Second floor rooms have glass door access to this deck. There is a reasonably priced Pizza and Sub restaurant within walking distance on Stanley Avenue.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The room - 2 queen beds - was spacious with a city view. The staff is very nice. Hefty parking fee - $30 a day! Great that it has a Starbucks at the lobby. Busy pool area.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff is fantastic here - very friendly & helpful! The room was clean and up to date. My view of the falls would have been breathtaking if it weren't for the quite unusual fog for that time of year (late January).

Nice hotel.
Room is clean, spacey and quiet.
it's a bit expensive. The view from our room was stunning.
Bathroom is nice with nice amenities.
Would love to go back to stay there again.
