Clean and we'll decorated rooms. Bed is super comfortable, bathroom is well appointed. Large desk to work with power outlets. Friendly staff. Excellent central location.

This was the most considerate hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. I was on business travelling with my dog and they set up the room entirely for his comfort. The staff were so kind and polite. Thank you for creating an amazing experience!

I went in for a course involving multiple dealerships. We were in a meeting room all day. Food was excellent as was service and accommodation. Courteous staff. Very welcoming.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Staff go above and beyond! Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and modern. Location is great. New favourite hotel in Toronto. Heading back next week.

I've been here 3 times now and I've enjoyed every stay. The rooms are nice and the views have been good. It can be a bit pricey though.

The hotel was great other than concerns regarding the shower. We were unable to generate the desired heat that we typically prefer from a shower. The hotel did a really great job of personalizing the visit for my wife and I. The cookies and the note were a very nice touch. The free breakfast option was nice but wished there was a bigger selection of meats. Overall I would rank the hotel at a 4.5

Excellent entertainment district hotel. Close to everything downtown #YYZ. Really enjoyed the fitness centre and the continental breakfast. There was fresh fruit available daily at the reception desk as well as each floor. The staff were awesome and a shout out to Gregory for being so helpful.

This is modern and contemporary Hotel right in Maple Leafs Square. It's proximity to the ACC is so convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Being a newer hotel gave way to a fresh design and our room did not disappoint. We were in a basic room on the fourth floor. The layout was unique and made the most out of the space by making it as open as possible.
Decor was chic and the bed was soft with down pillows and blankets.
Early check-in and late check-out for every one gives this place an extra gold star.response / report this review -

Amazing hotel. One of the best I have ever stayed in. Clean rooms with a soft comfy bed. Awesome shower great for a romantic getaway. Excellent location I would absolutely stay again.
I do have one complaint though. There is a curtain walk in front of the elevators with metal sticking up from the floor. My wife walked to close to the curtain and scrapped her leg and now has a contusion and a black bruise on her leg. Please be careful of this when going to the elevators.response / report this review -

Excellent experience at Le Germain, Maple Leaf Square. The staff were so polite, helpful and accommodating. The accommodations were amazing and the location is perfect when seeing and event at the ACC. It was a busy weekend for sporting events during our stay and the noise and bustle didn't affect us one bit. If you need to park use the lot across the street in the Telus building. It's secure, underground and only $20 a day.

Stayed here for one night for a Maple Leafs gane. Very friendly staff. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and there was a personalized greeting card in our room. Room was clean and a great size. Staff were efficient, friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again. We could not be happier with our stay.

Hotel is very convenient for sporting events or walking to many fabulous restaurants and other attractions in the downtown area. It is very modern, rooms are well laid out. My husband visited the gym and thought it good considering the small size and limited equipment. The breakfast is good with several selections. Staff were very helpful. Drinks in the bar were expensive, although typical for Toronto.
