I was pleasantly surprised with our entire purchasing experience with Accents. Our sales associate was wonderful and all the staff were helpful. They even helped keep our 2 year old distracted while we shopped. Our sofa should be arriving any day now - can't wait to get it. Highly recommended.

Purchased $4,000 leather sofa & chair at Accents. Accents changed the colour I had selected with out informing me. I, therefore, said I did not want the sofa and chair. They indicted I would forfeit my $2,000 deposit & if taken to court, Accents would win due to a clause in the contract. Sofa arrived with several defects that Accents refused to fix under their warranty. Wish I had not shopped at Accents.
