Ordered pizza tonight. After trying to pay 3 times with their debit machine that kept declining my card we decided to go to the nearest atm and grab cash ( which cost me 3.50) finally paid for the food but in the meantime my cat got out!. Called the weat side store and asked to talk to the manager and was told he was busy. Talkes to whomever was on the phone and he says oh well maybe we need to reset our machine. Well fk buddy i paid 3 50 plus a tip and now my cat is gone ur pizza just cost me an extra $20+. I hung up on him. No longer a loyal customer. Fk them!!! What a joke.

well to be perfectly honest here, we have ordered from tjs for years has always been our fave, but last night you lost us as customers, we ordered the 3 for 1 medium pizza deal, one mushroom was fine, butour spinach, tomato, onion had no noticeable toppings at all, just a few peices scattered and the bacon, onion green pepper was the same, now most of these toppings are very cheap to purchase so why would there be next to none on the pizzas, i surely dont understand, i guess its time to try somewhere new, D. So we order two Xl pizzas one was made wrong it was supposed to be half and half but you made it just one of the kinds on the whole pizza, we call to complain and you are replacing the order but we are told to send half the pizza back are you kidding me you made the mistake, for my inconvenience you should be letting me keep the pizza but that's ok I'll send it back and will not order again from you, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced!!

My son and i ordered a pizza last night around 6 pm.
We ordered from the east side like we have done before because it makes sense.
We finally phoned at 710 to see where our pizza was.
They transferred it to the west side for some reason .
We finally got our pizza and it was burnt and soggy.
The manager kind of looked after but not till we argued about it,then the delivery guy comes and know nothing about it.
overall it was a bad situation which good could be changed with communication.response / report this review -

I called to make an order at 430 today. They said it would be 30-45 mins. At 600 i called to see if it was still on its way and never even recieved an apology. The guy said they are waiting for a delivery driver. I ended up cooking for my starving son. Its now 620 and I still havent recieved the pizza. Im honestly ok with waiting but when they are hours over their max time they said itd be its a little irritating.

I've always had great service at this location but today was especially great. An employee was in the store prepping everything and flicked the open sign on an hour and a half early. I happened to see it and popped in. I was going to leave because I felt like I may have inconvienced her however she was like no problem, the ovens just need to heat up so it will be an extra 20 minutes. Happily waiting for one of the best and cheapest pizzas in the city :)

I want to give a shout out to the manager, on behalf of my husband, who is a school bus driver. First of all, she made it very affordable for a couple of bus drivers to be able to treat "their kids" with ours, and their favourite pizza! She not only gave them a great deal, but she gave me awesome service when I picked them up. And did I mention she made 60 kids very happy! It's great to see local businesses so community-minded. Again, thanks so much!
