When I completed the Mortgage Agent licensing course I had many brokerages reaching out to me. As I interviewed with the various different companies I made note of how I thought that brokerage would align with my overall goals.

Then I received a message from AKAL Mortgages and was advised to come and see them last. Financing for Foreign Investors…

Sending kids away for study is hard for parents. But, sending to a foreign country and finding them a right place for residence made us really nervous. After doing an online search and speaking to few mortgage brokers, we decided to work with Mohinder Pal Singh and Kuljit Singh from AKAL Mortgages for their reputation and professionalism in financing properties for foreign investors and we were absolutely correct!!
