If you are at all looking to find the best rates available or want thorough understanding of the intricacies of mortgages, I highly reccomend you let Spencer Murray give you a hand. When initially looking to finance my new home purchase, I was set on going with my bank, but I'm glad I trusted Spencer instead as he found me a rate that was much better and even gave me a lesson about the pros and con of each package available. Not only informative, Spencer was also very friendly and was always available to answer any questions. He even went out of his way to help retrieve paper work and signatures when I was unable to due to prior engagements. I am very happy with the services he provided and it was very nice to have a friendly mortgage broker who actually cared about my best interests. Don't hesitate to give him a call.
