Janna was recommended to us by our realtor and we were extremely happy that she did. After our very first meeting for a pre approval we knew Janna was the perfect broker to work with for us. Janna ensured the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. There was no question to big or small and at almost anytime of day for that matter. We are setteling into our new home and we couldnt be happier! Janna will most definitely be our mortgage agent for life! Thanks again for all of your help. I could go on, and on about Janna. She is so incredibly hard working and passionate. She was so easy to work with. We have challenging schedules, and she never once made us feel like an inconvenience. We received incredible service from each person we encountered at her office. It was so refreshing. Great service, experience, and wouldn't have went with anyone else. I purchased my first home and got possession June 7th 2017, and just had my first mortgage payment the other week, so I thought it's a good time for the review! Janna and her team did a great job helping me with my mortgage. So I don't write an essay about the great experience I had with Janna and the team, I'll just summarize what was awesome:
1. Easy to understand and very straight forward with the whole process
2. Accommodating and easy to ask any questions and will give you her upfront honest answer without any hesitation
3. Organized team of individuals, and made the approval and finalizing process super easy
4. Have all your work ready/own research done before meeting Janna and the rest is a breeze
5. Some of the best rates (yes there were slightly better ones), but some seemed a little unprofessional and I was not confident in their skills and abilities, and the rates she can get vs the 5 big banks doesn't compare
A handful of my friends, family and coworkers asked me if it's stressful since I was purchasing a house by myself at 23, but I didn't find it overwhelming at all. My own research and working with the pros definitely helps a lot. Just be confident! Janna definitely helped with that confidence as well.

Koodoos to Janna for being so helpful with our last two mortgages. Neither one of them were straight forward mortgages but she still got them arranged with the best rates out there. If you are in need of financing, give Janna a call and see what she can do for you. I highly recommend her.
