I came here once before, took my mom tonight. Fresh oysters were amazing. I ordered the black cod again but asked our waiter if it’s suppose to have bones? Not a complain but more of a question cause I didn’t really mind. The waiter however was so nice to care and nicely explained that it is sometimes like that but I should have mentioned to u as well. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is that the presentation of the food, unlike quality and taste, is not good at all. So it kind of makes a bad impression at first.

We had asked for a table by the window when reserving and were told that was not possible. In fact, I got the sense the hostess could care less what we asked for. After that though, our server was great, and the oysters and fish dinners were really good. Only issue was I found both the Sable fish and swordfish (my wife and I shared plates), were both quite salty. The cheesecake was great, and the wine wasn’t overpriced for a good restaurant.

Lovely place to meet up with a friend or to just enjoy the view! Food and service really good. Good selection of drinks too! I would definitely come again not only for the food and service but also for the magnificent view!

Close to home, this place is a regular hang-out for us. Atmosphere is always top-notch, food is great (we especially like the mussels-beer special at happy hour!), and the servers are friendly and welcoming. The view from the upper deck is awesome! If you're ever walking around Granville Island, check this place out. Won't be disappointed.

We make sure to come her everytime we are in Vancouver. We even waited an hour just to get the outside deck!( Well worth the wait). We were served by Chris and he was amazing! Best waiter I've ever had! Super busy, but he was always on top of it, very funny, real, and overall made us feel good! The women hostess are very good looking tho lack in their personalities, they were very short, rude, and almost annoyed with people it seemed.. so, 5star because food is amazing and Chris was awesome!

Amazing food like cannot stress how perfectly flavoured it all was!
Went and brought friends of ours from Cuba here to show them the west coast seafood and holy were they impressed! We ordered mussels to start in a coconut curry sauce (heavenly and a beautiful amount!) Which came with fries, Caesar salad was massive! We had to try some sushi so ordered the spicy tuna rollmelt in your mouth fresher than fresh! Entrees included the blackened cod, albacore crusted tuna, and steakthe best food ever had. Our server rocked in his recommendations I cannot wait to return!
Definitely a great place to celebrate or enjoy a very nice meal out.

Excellent food and service. Dinner can get quite pricey, but you get what you pay for. It's a little hard to find. The entrance is off a side nook.
Very good selection of fresh seafood available off the fresh sheet. Regular menu and specials are also excellent. Solid selection of local beers and good wine (a little light on BC wines). The atmosphere is relaxed, so even though you may be eating too notch surf and turf, you wouldn't feel out of place in shorts and a t-shirt.
Highly recommended if you're willing to drop the money ($75 / plate with drinks).

Awesome seafood and one of the best patios on Granville Island. An excellent selection of fresh-catch seafood and oysters on the daily sheet. I had the swordfish which was delicious! Would recommend for a fancy outing - sort of pricey but worth it.

We had a crab and artichoke dip to start, it was delicious. I had their halibut special with Cajun prawns and an avocado salsa, it was served with a coconut rice which I thought the rice was under cooked but most importantly the halibut was done perfectly! Was as incredible meal. Now the servicewas not good, actually terrible. Our server did not check on usat all. Did not ask how our food was, refill our wine, not even bring us our bill. Very disappointed in the service. Only gave 4 stars due to that. Kudos to the chefs tho!

This place is an entire experience. The food may be a little expensive, but its the ambiance, the view and the location that you are paying for and I think its worth every penny.

I recently visited with a friend and we sat on there enclosed patio even though it was pouring rain. Looking at the bottom of the Granville street bridge was a fresh perspective. Seafood is a must here. Pricey experience, but if your willing its worth the experience.

Was here for a work dinner. Other than waiting quite some time to get our food, I'd say the joint was decent. Good atmosphere, food was okay, staffs are nice.

This place has an awesome patio that faces downtown Vancouver towards English Bay. Its a beautiful spot to relax and have a few beers. They have heaters and blankets on the patio with a fireplace as well so its great even in the winter. They also have Hot Alcoholic drinks :) The food is excellent quality but a little on the pricey side.

Great service. Waiters are super friendly. Food is amazing. Had the sable fish, so tender. Husband had the jambalaya, and it was great. Would go again.

Was really looking forward to the mussels here.. yummy but.
We were ushered upstairs and sat down then informed the Bucket of Mussels was not available up there.
"Get them downstairs just sit anywhere."
Then told we couldn't sit at the table near the window it was "reserved". We sat at the bar "Sorry Bucket of Mussels not on today it's Saturday."
    Get the picture?
The mussels were okay a bit small and the sauce was good.
Wouldn't go again though; too chaotic.
