Typical for this type of motel. The breakfast bar was limited in selection compared to other motels we have been in recently. The front desk was very friendly. Room needed some cosmetic repairs but was quite comfortable. Would stay there again.
Happy with our stay! Clean and comfortable beds! Not fancy by any means but served it's purpose for a nights stay travelling from Vancouver to Calgary.
This Super 8 was a nice simple room with friendly staff. The shower and toilet have a door and the sink is open so it's great for more than 1 person to get ready. The breakfast was pretty good, it's too bad all the dishware is throwaway but that's the standard.
Hotel staff are nice and accommodating. The pool is quaint but nice, the hot tub is tiny (was to be expected). This hotel is located approximately 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke. The room on the 1st floor was clean and easy big enough for four of us to stay comfortably. The bathroom is a bit on the small side and may need an upgrade in the future, but again it is clean and well stocked.
A very nice clean hotel with pleasant staff! Well situated on the highway, for easy access. The pool looked to be just the right size for a nice dip after a long not drive!
We stayed here in June 2017 for one night. Checked In was good. Our room on floor 2, had two beds which were comfy, giving us a good night's sleep. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space for our clothes. Nice clean bathroom with a good working shower. Breakfast was in the lobby area, where there were tables to sit at, but it was really busy. The selection of food was good, setting us up for our onward journey. Gas station on site, along with restaurants within walking distance. Downtown is a three minute drive, or ten minute walk, there you'll find bars/restaurants/shops( Worth the visit).
There is no elevator to the second floor if you are traveling with limited mobility or a lot of luggage. The front handicap door button does not work. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff was very accommodating. Pool is small but nice. Tim Hortons and gas station in the parking lot are convenient.
Actually pretty good. They have 3 bed suits which is nice. Breakfast was better than I thought it would be, and staff were friendly. Only issue I found was the cleaning staff were knocked twice, once at 8:30 am and once at 9:30 am and checkout isn't even until 11 so we were all woken up super early twice which was annoying. However, overall stay was good.
Tims right outside and a shell gas station with a 24 hour select storeakee this location very convenient. Hot tub was great. Pool was too cold though. Rooms were very clean and the staff were awesome.
Pleasant and cooperative staff, adequate and clean room, including BR. Better-than-some breakfasts, good parking, small but clean hot tub. Excellent access from and back onto Hwy 1, easy drive to skiing, close to variety of restaurants.
The staff was really nice. Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 10am and asked if we could check in early cause we came from an 8hr drive with our baby so we are thinking it would be nice if we could settle in early. They were able to accommodate us and it was really a big help. We were able to sleep after a long drive and rest. The only thing I don't like was the hot tub and pool. Hot tub was too small and pool was too cold. I was thinking if my baby can swim there but it was too cold. That's about it. All in all great service.
Hotel was just okay. Staff were fine but rates were non-negotiable. Charged higher rate for extra nights. If I had been alone, I would have moved.
Super 8, located in Revelstoke BC, was a solid stay. Honestly, if you don't expect much, it's not too bad. A hotel is a hotel and that's pretty much what you get there. It was a bit expensive but my socio-economic understanding is that Christmas time is generally a more expensive time to stay out of home. There was a good smelling continental breakfast that I didn't get a chance to partake in, and there was a pool/hot tub that I was too tired to check out (although it did seem lively).
If they dropped their prices a bit, I'd say it was well worth the money. Overall, I was neither overly pleased nor displeased with the stay.
