Without a doubt the nicest and friendliest best western I've stayed at. They accommodated my stay with a free upgrade to an executive suite. Enjoyed my stay very much!!

My favourite place in Revelstoke. Easy to the highway and many restraints. Good sized hot tubs and workout area. Staff are very courteous if you are working odd hours.

The hotel Staff was amazing! Check in, check out all went extremely smooth. We were there with a hockey team and all the players parents. Very accommodating. They helped with dinner reservations and recommendations.

Had a great stay after a long drive from Jasper. Lovely welcome and the reception staff signed us up for the reward programme which I had forgotten to do.
Excellent room, spotlessly clean, huge bed and lovely shower. The hotel recommended the 112 restaurant at The Regent Hotel, with a free shuttle from the hotel, there and back. Had a fabulous time there too, great food and service.
breakfast was a little disappointing but it didn't put us off and we would certainly book again.response / report this review -

Top notch facility in a very convenient location. Convenient to have breakfast there which was all excellent. Room was very quiet and staff were very helpful. In room internet service was reliable and high speed.
Facility was very clean and bed very comfortable.
Had an excellent stay!

Stayed here before and was impressed with how nice (and how clean) the hotel was. Popped in today hoping to get a room, but they were full. However, the girls up front went so far as to call around and help me secure accommodations elsewhere. Now that's service!

It was unexpected surprise to me. The room is perfectly clean, bed sheets are fresh and white clean. I was looking for something to criticize like the recent tv shows about unchanged linens in the hotel rooms. But this one is perfectly awesome. You mark it The "BEST" and your true to it. We want to be back soon.

Nice, spacious rooms, great views, super friendly and helpful staff. Love the free laundry machines (you need to buy soap at the front desk for $2 a load or bring your own) and the outdoor pool and hot tubs (there are two, kept at different temperatures). Very clean, breakfast was good. Will definitely be back.

We had few available options in Revelstoke that were pet friendly and would have preferred to stay somewhere less expensive. Our pet friendly room was probably the best we've ever stayed in (usually in other establishments the rooms tend to be more scuzzy compared to other guest's rooms) and was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Two thumbs up for pet friendly flooring that's not carpet! The breakfast was fantastic after they replenished the food (when we first arrived to eat there was very little left and it was cold). If price is not a concern, this is a very good hotel to stay in, especially if traveling with pets. The only concern we had was the "surprise" pet policy we had to sign --- this really should be posted online with more detail in regards to what happens if evicted due to noise complaints. We're thankful for a well-constructed building which meant very little outside noises alarmed our two Yorkies so they did not have the need to bark.

The amenities, from hot tub and in room Telus Optik, to on site liquor store and downtown shuttle were clean, convenient and well managed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room comfortable and the breakfast tasty. What more could we want? Oh massages! Well they have that too!

The hotel is modern and in good condition. The room I stayed in had a king sized bed that was comfortable and clean. The hotel has 2 hottubs that on an outside patio, allowing you to enjoy the snow while having a great soak.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Amazing outdoor hot tub that allows adult beverages to help you rest your muscles after a day of skiing/boarding. Very nice rooms. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you downtown so you won't need to drive to hit up any clubs or enjoy a nice local pub with great craft beers from around BC. One of the better continental breakfasts that I've had at a hotel as well.

Very friendly staff. Our stay was short but the desk agent at check in gave us a very quiet and spacious room. Breakfast is very good, with actual fried eggs instead of the liquid egg scramble used at most hotels. Great location off the highway as well. Easy access and quiet. Definitely would stay again.
