Nice hotel. Location slightly out of the way. Housekeeping attend to enter our room mid morning without knocking and with the Do Not Disturb sign in the door. When we stopped then from entering, they didn't bother coming back for the rest of the day.

We are stayed in Cabin 110. 2 queen beds and plenty of space for a family of 3. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker. Big deep bathtub/shower. TV is a good size for the room and has a HDMI input. Cabin has its own dedicated wifi and we haven't had any issues there so far. Overall very happy without stay here.

Dated decor. Air conditioner is not strong enough to keep the room cool. There are no bathrobes or suitable changing rooms for the pool. The showers at the pool take a long time to get warm which wastes a lot of water. Ventilation for the bathroom is not very strong. No fridge in the rooms of the hotel. No hand soap to wash hands. Service was OK at the front desk when we arrived.

The food was not good, ordered the ribs and they were drowning in sauce, the meat was tough and dry and the salad was old. Breakfast is provided by the hotel but is not of a very high quality. The only toaster was very slow to toast bread and sometimes it needed two tries to actually get a bit of toasting done which meant a lot of waiting during the very limited breakfast time.

Last but not least the dining room was not very clean. Stains on the chairs and floor.

I did not enjoy the food. Wondering if a twelve year old is the Chef. Rooms dated but bathrooms nice. Old blankets instead of duvets. Fireplace not working in summer. No fridge. Could upgrade to a king room with fridge and balcony. Was not offered to me but I was told I just missed the upgradeService was for the most part lovely and it was very clean. The cabins look very nice. Won't go again.

We arrived late afternoon, checkin was simple and friendly. Our room was spacious and totally clean. Nice view from our window.
We did not have dinner there. The breakfast buffet had a variety of meats and cheeses, hard boiled egg, cereal.
All in all, I would go back, book in advance and ask for a room with AC if it's summer.

The people that work at the hotel was really kind and friendly.
Even if I stopped there just for one night I enjoyed the atmosphere.
My bedroom was really cozy with a cute fireplace, at night the pub downstairs become a great place where have some fun and the pool at the main floor was a perfect moment of relax.
The only thing that I want to suggest is to pay more attention to details.
Some things needs to be fixed.

Hot tubs are great. Breakfast sucked, cereal and plain toast. Dinner was alright. We all ordered medium rare and got several variants of steak. The size of the cabins were great for our huge group!

I had a bad experience in the guest room. We stayed in one of the medium cabin room its not in the the main building of the hotel. The bath tub drain is clogged in the room we stayed . We gave the complain to the front desk but problem was not solved . I understand these issues are quite common but i dont understand why they gave us the out of order room. Finally we did not use the shower, check out paying for the room the problem was not solved.

As per my observation if you have any problems in the hotel, they will not be addressed properly or will not be solved. i am sure problem in the room in any hotel is common but they will try to solve the problem Pro-actively. Deluxe break fast is included but is not that great its cereals and toast with Coffee/Tea and juice.

I didn't stay here, but stopped in for coffee and snacks.

Very friendly staff, location is awesome. Tons of sleds to rent.

    Classy without being stuffy.
