Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Fun pool for kids. Was double booked for conference room and told our team had to rebook which was unfortunate. Very loud guests at night keeping us up until 330 am. Good location.

It's been updated somewhat, relatively clean, not sure how often they do stuff like wash the bathroom floors but we were there for a hockey tournament (I believe there were 2 other teams as well so keep that in mind) so were only really in the room to wind down and sleep.

Stayed here a few months ago. The staff were beyond amazing, probably the best customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was great. I’ll definitely stay here again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Revelstoke Sandman. I stayed there on several occasions for work and never had a single complaint. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and there's a great pool area for relaxing at the end of the day. Having the attached Dennys is also handy for a quick meal or downtown is just a few minutes away.

Very friendly staff will go out of there way to ensure you have a good stay. The interior is nice, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Dust on the higher shelves, old coffee still in the pot from previous guests.

Arrived to a outdated exterior. Front desk was great and thorough. When we got to the our room it had a musty smell when we went to pick our beds I noticed blood stains all over one of the bed covers. I was absolutely disgusted! Blood is pretty much the worst and last thing you want to find in your hotel room. I phoned the front desk and all I got was sorry can we change your sheets. I really hoped they would have been as grossed out and upset as me. At least they came quickly to change the sheets but it doesn't make me feel great about staying in the room. The walls are dirty and the whole hotel and probably all the rooms need to be hosed and scrubbed down. I will never ever set foot in this dump again! If every other room in revelstoke wasn't booked we would have left immediately. Although sleeping in the car might have been cleaner.

Great service. Nice clean rooms. The agent at the front desk upgraded our family to a larger room for free. When we came back again on our return leg the staff remembered us and were happy to see us.
We had a small issue in the room where the fire alarm was beeping due to the battery being low. They had someone in and fixing it within 5 minutes of calling the front deskresponse / report this review -

Great little stop along the way. We needed a place to stay for the evening and this hotel was the only one available. The beds are soft. Which I loved.
The second building has a denny's and bar one and an inside pool courtyard (inside the courtyard is really humid and hot but the pool is COLD haha)
Rooms were nice. Great A/C! Could be a little cleaner but lots of modern upgrades. Beautiful area for sightseeing.

We rented the 2 king suite. Our stay was amazing. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is really clean. We were able to cook most of our meals here. The rooms have tvs and the living room is large with a dinning room table that easily sat 8 people. We had 2 families stay comfortably (7 people). The pools are excellent and great for kids. Really affordable and the staff went above and beyond for us.

Room was clean and the bed was one of the best I've ever slept in at a hotel. The walls were very thin though, and there was a group of kids shouting in the hallway until 11pm.

It`s a nice little hotel that put our backside tour group up for a couple nights! Staff were accommodating, rooms were clean and had room for four skiers & boarders going for a long weekend. Being able to bring cans and plastic alcoholic drinks into the hot tub was a huge plus and everyone had a great time.

They are renovating, which is good for future guests, I guess. The bathroom was small in my suite, make sure to dry off in the shower. I banged my head on the counter (ouch it hurt) just bending over to dry my legs. Otherwise it's a bed and four walls. That's good, definately better then sleeping out in the cold.
