Great little motel! Stopped on our way from Winnipeg to Vancouver with no advance booking, Exceeded our expectations, Great value, very comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast bar stayed in one of the front rooms by the road so heard the train a bit but wouldn't keep me from coming back.

I often stay at name brand hotels and have never considered a motel. We had flown into Kelowna and drove to Revelstoke as our family have been railroad people for over 100 years. This motel was an excellent part of our trip. the rooms were very modern and super clean. I get annoyed by reviews that say the rooms are too small, they are cozy and comfortable. I look forward to returning to Revelstoke in the future, and will recommend this awesome motel to friends here in Ontario. Thanks again.

Very comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Passes and towels for the community pool (which was excellent!). Fully satisfied and would recommend.

Absolutely loved it!!! The staff was fantastic. Rooms were very clean. Better bed than I've ever seen at a motel!! Great breakfast. Will definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

Not what I was expecting when booking a motel. The Swiss Chalet was impeccably clean and the rooms, though a bit tight, had all the amenities you need.

Bookings also include a simple start of your day breakfast, so don't expect a complete hot meal. However there were quite a few options to pick from including waffles which were delicious!

The staff were also super friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay on a variety of budgets.

The cutest room and super nice soft beds. Everything perfectly clean. Beautiful views friendly staff and good breakfast. Definitely a spot I hope to hit again. Can't go wrong. Love this place more and more. Just stopped here again and still just as nice and friendly.

Amazing place for the price. Seriously worth it, the complimentary brekfast was phenomenal. Huge selection and the best waffle I have ever had. Staff was lovely and the room was spotless.

Stayed here on 10/13 and found the room to be super clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the baseboard heater system was not working at all and it was near freezing. The owner, Eric, came to have a look at it and offered us a mini heater for the night. The unit was kept going on and off all night as it was trying to keep up with the cold temps. Upon checkout, there was no offer of compensation for this inconvenience, which would have been rather obvious to do. Breakfast was very basic, but nutritional. Overall, I rate this motel at a 3.5/5 for this stay, due to the lack of compassion shown for us having no heat to speak of and no refund, even a partial refund, for this situation.
