Great location. Right inside an Asian mall in Chinatown. Tons of shops and restaurants in the area. 5 minutes walk to Kensington Market. Not far from the ROM or AGO. Room had one small window for light, but no view. Decor is modern. Clean. Bed had modern linens - white duvet cover, lots of pillows. Place was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast bar is included.
Our room could have used more light in the odd shaped area outside the bathroom (with the fridge on the floor) - but minor gripe. I wish it had a pool or hot tub, but those are not very common in downtown Toronto.
Great value for the location. I would stay here again in the future.response / report this review -

We had to unexpectedly come to Toronto for medical reasons and the staff were terrific at giving us assistance and advice. Quiet rooms, good price, parking and comfortable beds, what more could you want in downtown Toronto. Loved the breakfast but not the Mother Parkers coffee in the breakfast room.

My experience at the Super 8 hotel was excellent. My friends and I stayed here a year ago and we had a great experience then which brought us back again. The price is very reasonable for downtown and the rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. My friends and I got upgraded to an even larger room and the customer service was awesome. Overall fantastic experience, will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed here several times when we had a medical appointment at the Toronto Western Hospital. We got a discounted hospital rate and received excellent service. The massage and reflexology spa is worth it. I’ve read other reviews about odours in the hallway. It’s the Chinese cooking from floors below. No odors in the rooms. Front desk recommended a Chinese restaurant, House of Gourmet on Dundas. Fresh and delicious food. We’ll stay here again for sure.

My stay was great! Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly especially the breakfast lady. The Spa was an added bonus. Super reasonable prices. The massages were amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

Room was modern, tastefully designed and clean. Front desk service was excellent, very friendly staff. Location was in China town walking distance to everything you would want. Beds were very comfortable, had a great night sleep. Out side of the building needs some TCL but it's in China town attached to the mall.

Was essentially stopping by in there for the restaurant, but it was a pleasant experience. Did get to talk a little bit with the front desk clerk to learn a little bit more about the rooms and rates for when I'm interested in the future to book rooms there, and he was very polite and helpful in the information he provided me.

Friendly staff,comfy bed, great location. Close to lots of attractions and restaurants. Free breakfast could of had more selection.To access lobby, park your car in the parking garage next to the hotel on level p3. Would stay here again next time I'm in Toronto!

Location was great, and within walking distance of most things downtown. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and professional. Not the most comfortable pillow, but I forgot my own. Overall, great experience.

Located in Chinatown, very close to downtown Toronto. Parking was easy - an underground lot right beneath the hotel. I immediately dropped my keys down the sewer drain the the parking lot, but staff was very friendly and helpful instructing me on how to get them back. Big thank you to mall security and maintenance in helping get them back. The room was clean overall, and larger than we expected - although we did find it odd that there were no fitted sheets so they kept coming untucked. Typical continental breakfast, but the area was well maintained and clean.

Very nice hotel in the Chinatown area of toronto.. good value and free breakfast, bed was super comfy having been travelling for 3 months prior this was a lovely relaxing time ideally locatedi would stay here again

It's more a motel than a hotel. Our room didn't have hot water and the guy at the desk upgraded us to a better room. Everybody was nice. The facilities are descent and the price was very good for a downtown location.

Location is great, check in went smoothly, room was alot better than expected after reading other reviews. To be honest I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that we put a "do not disturb" sign on the door while we went out and came back to the sign moved to the inside of the room and the beds made and a towel tossed on the floor between the beds, garbage still on bed side table and all so it's not even that the room was cleaned because it wasn't it's the fact that the room was entered when it was clear we didn't want that. But as I said other than that loved the place.

Stayed two nights over a weekend. Was clean and quiet and a really nice room on the south end of the building for 100. Parking was handy, lots of signs for finding your way into the somewhat hidden location.

Easy check in, let us check in early which was nice. Clean rooms. Thought the a.c. was broken so we had a very hot sleep until we realized in the morning it was just turned off. Food quality for what you pay (pretty cheap). Not a bad walk to the air Canada center.
