Lovely place to stay room very good Canmore is a very beautiful place. Throughly recommend it. The only bad side is the network available at the best intermittent at the worst non existent

This place is a timeshare that is obviously struggling to stay afloat. We had booked a few nights to stay there and drove there when Banff was having their forest fire. The smoke was terrible and you couldn't breathe. We had 80 year old parents with us who couldn't take itbut do you think they would give us a refund? No way! The manager was on vacation, the girl at the front desk was too busy having her smoke break, and so we just left. Upon appeal, they gave us the standard "fine print" writing.which of course didn't allow for any refunds regardless of the forest fire that you couldn't breathe in! It was just all about the money.zero customer service or understanding. I would give this place zero stars (but you have to select at least one) and from what I have read, it is not a great place to stay. I wonder how they stay in business! I wonder if the $1,000 bucks they wouldn't credit me is worth this review? Keep driving

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. And the scenery in the area is obviously amazing. There is no complimentary breakfast, so you need to go find food in the town.

A full suite with a full kitchen makes it like a home away from home With huge mountains around you. Nice, clean accomadations with friendly staff tops it off!

We stayed at this resort for a week on a timeshare exchange. The view from our condo was spectacular and the resort has a full array of the most common amenities you would need. The location is convenient to the many restaurants and stores in Canmore. Road noise from the nearby Trans-Canada Highway was pretty loud and persisted through the night. While the unit was spacious, the decor was rather spartan and the appliances somewhat dated. Overall it was a nice condo and we enjoyed our week in a beautiful part of Canada.

I gave this place one star and they only got it because the fellow at the front desk was very kind.
Room looks nice when you walk in bit that's where the positivity ended.
1.the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were feces residue left inside toilet and the toilet paper front the last guest was not changed
2. Pubic hair on bed
3. Stains to go with said pubic hair on bed.
The owner apologised saying that the room was not cleaned (then why were we put in there?) and they offered a different room. If you didn't clean the first room why would one assume any other room is clean?

this was a great place to stay! rooms were good size, beds were very comfy - loved the foam mattress on the bed and all the pillows!
the staff was more than friendly and helpful! highly recommended.

WiFi is freeif you can connect to it. Speed is under 1 Mbps when you do connect. Substandard for this type of accommodation. If you plan to do business through the Internet, book elsewhere.response / report this review -
