Great location but with that location comes the noise Sunday night the crowds were milling around outside until one am making a lot of noise and then the hotel guests and reception started getting loud from 6am. Rooms are large and the beds comfortable. This hotel also provide free breakfast each day.

The room we booked was surprisingly larger than expected. Very roomy with nice views of the abundant peaks and busy town streets. Our suite had the two queen beds and French double doors that opens into the bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate room for a stand up shower and toilet. The breakfast buffet was stocked and if that's not your cup of tea, there is a Starbucks downstairs and around the corner. It's within walking distance to everything in the heart of town. The décor was very rustic and had the touch of mountainside to make you feel at home. Overall great experience.

Very nice and clean place. Stayed in a suite, Jacuzzi tub was nice, but the shower was a bit small. The place is centrally located so great to move around town. The continental breakfast was good and filling. I would stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. Elevator could use some upgraded and a stair case would be nice. Room was a little expensive in my opinion.

This is a really nice little hotel with a great location. Everything is very clean, the staff is super friendly, parking is only $5 and they habe free breakfast. Our room was a bit small, but cute and comfy. They have a nice indoor whirlpool in the basement too.

Stayed for one night on our road trip to Edmonton, the hotel is located in the heart of Banff town and within walking distances to restaurants, stores, and other amenities.
The hotel itself is small yet clean and comfortable rooms, but rooms have no air-conditioning so it tends to get hot at night but a portable fan came handy, otherwise everything was wonderful and staff is always there to help when needed.
Morning breakfast in the hotel is decent with numerous selections of fruits, cakes, juices, etc. There is a $5 charge for parking at the hotel per vehicle.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for the price and the location.response / report this review -

What can I say our first visit to Canada from Wales and we were not disappointed, we stayed here for 2 weeks the staff were excellent and very helpful, rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast was more than adequate very enjoyable. Great location in the town being very central. Ski bus stop was very close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Banff.

My husband and I stayed in a very clean room. The whirlpool was very relaxing and a great alternative to the Hot Springs which can get crowded. The location was accessed downtown. The complimentary breakfast had good options. Staff was friendly and it was convenient to have underground parking which was $5 a day. We would stay here again. The only con was that the room felt a bit stuffy and the AC was not working. Because we were downtown, opening the window meant hearing people partying into the early morning. We will be staying here again!

This is only my second night at Brewster's Mountain Lodge but so far I have been loving it. From the moment I walked into the reception, the service has been impeccable. The lodge has a nice, cosy feel due to the tucked away location and wooden design. The free breakfast is also far better than what I was expecting, fresh fruit, pastries and cereal is a great start to the day. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at the lodge.

We have spent our first of 3 nights and the experience has been great. Had an awesome sleep the first night. Didn't notice any noise from other guests even though we could hear them talking next door from the hallway when we arrived. The location is great just a block off Banff Ave. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The quality of the food available for the included continental breakfast is exceptional. The hot tub area is clean with a large hot tub. Available underground heated parking is a bonus. All around I would highly recommend this clean and comfortable hotel.

Cozy and superb central location. Helpful and friendly staff who go the extra mile to sort out any issue. Excellent Whirlpool ! Tip : Always aim to secure a room towards the front or side as opposed to the rear of the building.

Great location downtown which is within walking distance to most shops and restaurants. Check in was fast and hotel staff were very helpful. There is heated parking underground for an additional $5/day, and a nice hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing. Breakfast in the morning was great with a selection of toast, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee was above expectation for a hotel. We would stay again.
